They did not hold up their end of their contract. Car died and possibly needed a battery replacement. The driver came and did not even have a battery tester with him. Another driver came and didn't have any batteries with him. Had to then tow my car to a mechanic and we had to pay for labor and pay full price for the battery. AAA is supposed to replace the battery and give you a $25 discount on it. I brought this to their attention and Christopher MacNeil (Business Advisor AAA External Operations Team) refused to reimburse.
