Be very careful using AAA roadside assistance. My son and I had the weirdest and scariest experience with one of their workers when our car broke down!! It was so upsetting I told my son to get back in my car and we left his car on the side of a dark road with the AAA worker. I was so afraid for our safety with this unhinged man. We where all alone in the dark road in mountains with no phone serves. PLEASE be careful!! I have made a statement to AAA. But I am getting the feeling nothing will get done. They said that will not even call me back with an update. That they handle it internally. Which means they do nothing!! What background checks to they do on these people they send to pick us up and we are alone with on some very scary roads sometime. If you have any uncomfortable situation with any of their drivers PLEASE report them.
