I just joined triple an and was in need of an emergency tow and they made me pay an additional $125 charge to access the roadside assistance right away. But they made me wait 4 hours for a tow in an area that was totally unsafe with my daughters in the car. I called a few times to see where the driver was and they kept telling me they were on the way but gave me a later time every time. Finally after 4 hours of waiting they had to dispatch another driver to come. Finally when the driver came and brought my car to my house they backed in a spot and hit the neighbors car. Never said anything to me about it and. Acted like he didn’t do anything wrong. They never gave me a receipt or made me sign anything or nothing. It was a total nightmare. I would not recommend them to anyone. The worst experience I’ve ever had to endure.
