Waited over 3 hrs for a tow got stuck in a dark busy hwy with kids with me they didn’t send a tow truck they send someone to check my battery even though we specifically requested a tow because we had already tried jump starting so then another he wait to get a tow truck we had to call my parents to come pick my kids up because we didn’t get towed until almost 12 pm ! Requested to get our car towed today to our mechanic gave us eta of 8:10pm 2 hr wait from when we called and still no tow truck past 8:10pm
