If there was a way to give AAA a -5 stars I would. I used the online request with the vehicle make and model which is an RV. I even put in the notes that this may need a bigger towing truck. 5 minutes later I get a call asking for more information. So I give them length and reiterate the make and model. She says working it and I will get a text shortly. Received a text quickly stated the driver will be at my location at 1:43 pm. Whick I thought was weird because it's in a rural area and would take someone 30-45 minutes to arrive. It's 1:25 at this point. I check the tracker and now it says 2:00, that seemed more realistic. So I waited until 2:15 and texted ETA. No word until 2:30. They stating they were working on it. Even though they had told me someone is on the way. Now it's 2:45 and I'm irked. I texted again. 3:00 comes a text saying...is this an RV? Ummm yeah! Duh! So I said isn't it in the request I submitted??? Next question is...is this a business or personal vehicle? Ummm an RV for business? My answer..yes it's an RV and it's used for personal use. 3:30....[AAA - Shannon] I just confirmed with the provider and unfortunately we do not have anyone to assist with a motorhome at this time. I do apologize for the inconvenience. You have the option to secure your own service and submit for reimbursement consideration. Grrrrr! I will be dumping AAA after my reimbursement. Horrible experience
