I have been with 1Password nearly since their launch, and they never fail to come through for me. If you are someone like me who is a technical illiterate, you need to RUN not walk to 1Password manager! I have never been hacked which was the sole purpose of using a password manager. In my humble opinion they have the best overall protection and support when ever you need them. They are always prompt and 100% focused in on getting you back up and running. What I appreciate most is they are more patient, thorough, respectful and kind than any phone support service I’ve experienced in years. I’ve actually grown into my retirement years with them by my side, and boy I can tell you all those qualities really matter when your memory and ability to hold on to details starts to wain. My very recent call for help impressed me so much I requested he pass a message to the boss that he be given a raise!😄 I honestly can’t remember how many times over the years I have had to call in the support calvary to straighten out one of my messes. I dare say they have a nice thick binder on me by now! That being said they are extremely helpful and have an excellent product that runs without a hitch (when I keep my fingers out of it) and I’ve never once thought about walking away. If you’re young and have grown up with technology then this should be a no brainer for you. You won’t regret it.
