I ordered a product and it came with a factory problem. They asked me for several documents, including a couple of videos showing that the product was not working. I asked for a refund and it has taken months. It takes them one week to repond. The refund has not work until now. Now they ask me to contact my bank because for some reason they are not able to refund me back in my account (which has never happened before)

Such a scammer!!I tried to get some VPN working in China and ExpressVPN customer service confirmed they can. However, it didn't work when I arrived in China. I have requested a refund straight away without using any data, but I haven't received any refund in my bank within over a month! The customer service is just playing Ping-pong all the time.

Where do I start?- It's 100% impossible to get verified with Clear.- Neither LinkedIn or Clear help in this matter. They BOTH say they can't do anything... Lovely. Everyone I speak with says the exact same thing. No one gets approved through Clear, as Clear ALWAYS says it can't verify your identity. I'd love to know how their AI is so asinine that it decides you're NOT a real human with a real passport. AI can be great, but the one Clear uses is 100% garbage.- There is absolutely no way to use other methods available to other countries.- You can't even get verified with you work email, unless you know, yours is a massive corporation. Great. 🙄- You can't get verified with your university anymore. Wtf type of decision is that to remove that option???All in all, 100% useless. LinkedIn made sure you CANNOT get verified, regardless of what you do.
