I have bought an LG 42 inch smart TV on 2013. Have been advice by LG that YouTube on Tvs manufactured on 2012 and before will not support YouTube anymore. This is very unfair as when I bought the TV I was never told that the software will not be available after 26 June 2017. If I knew, I would never have bought this TV. I will check with the outlet from where I bought this TV and if nothing can be done to rectify this problem, I will never buy another LG pruduct.

They are trying to gaslight me into thinking they where at my place and attempted to deliver my package, but that's a blatant lie, they where never here, I was here the whole they, and their "proof of attempted delivery" picture is just a zoomed in picture of the parcel information on the package, you can't see anything else and proves nothing. Slowest whey to get a package delivered award goes to FedEx

It’s a good website to monitor your credit. The paid services options aren’t clear however, you can easily be charged for a membership by only “locking your report” The option isn’t clear as to your will be charged. It’s almost made to look like a security freeze option. Also the fact that they rely on third parties such as LexisNexis for investigation of disputes. However does not make creditors provide validation of debt once disputed.

My wife just spent an Hour on the phone with the Wayfair customer support requesting a refund of $300 she spent buying her son a Wayfair gift card. The gift card was emailed to him but when he went to use it he saw a message that it was already redeemed. She spent an hour on the Chat support with Wayfair on 10 June and was told she would receive a refund but no sign of her $300. Today on the phone she was transferred 3 times elevating the phone call and of course she would have to repeat everything from the beginning. In the end my wife was given a Request number - but NO REFUND. They could not tell us what happened to the gift card but they were Quick to take her $300. Now she is waiting to get her money back after jumping through hoops and getting the run-around. AVOID This company at all Costs!!!

DO NOT USE GIVALLO!!Givallo shop is an absolute scam that conned me out of a lot of money. They’ve now disappeared off Shopify. Surprise surprise!! Shopify will not accept any responsibility for their vendors whilst allowing innocent shoppers to be robbed. I’ve contacted every single Fraud reporting site and have logged both the vendor and Shopify as being responsible for stealing my money. Shop at your peril - you are being ripped off. Absolutely shameful Shopify/Myshopify and your advertised businesses. This is NOT acceptable and a damn despicable and fraudulent way of conducting your business.

Mercari, a Japanese company? Is a seller focused and hostile to the buyers. I do not understand their logic to punish the buyers. You pay tax and SH for eBay as a buyer but Mercari charges a ridiculous amount of fee slammed on the buyers. I bought iPad 320 but total was $395, 75 more. They charged you fee and a processing fees separately. I would not buy anything from them in the future.

I have very much enjoyed getting use to Xero. It was HUGELY overwhelming at first. I found some great tutorials online. What I really, really appreciated though is the customer service and particularly the support. The web calls and chats with a Xero person was so very reassuring and helpful. Connor Charles helped me. He was kind, patient and even though he's clearly super intelligent he didn't mind talking me through my basic issues and going slowly.

I like Uniqlo. But buying online has been a terrible experience. They mistyped my address - thanks to the postman who new our name, it reached us. They provide instructions on free returns on their site, but they are misleading, as a return slip is not included with the order and the return label I printed, is not paid for. They also aren't answering emails. Very disappointing.

I received an unsolicited email from these clowns that was nothing short of insulting. This was my reply to some guy named "Daniel" who is likely sitting in Nigeria with his pet goat thinking he is going to scam me or my company:"First of all, referring to the CEO of a company that you've never met in person by their first name is rude. Business Etiquette 101.Second, we don't do business with random companies that send insulting cold emails. We aren't sharing our company screens with you ever.And finally, we pay a good number of attorneys to make sure we are legally compliant and protected from scams by random companies that send insulting cold emails, no contact information and no last name. Next time, do research and engage in business etiquette. There are schools out there that teach that. You might even get a legitimate job out of it."

This company was amazing. I had a few different issues with ordering my daughter's College Graduation invitations. They answered my emails promptly and applied credits to my account. I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received. I will be ordering my daughter's "Thank You" cards as well as her favors from Zazzle.
