Never got order and no refund!

I never got my order for a single sweater. Royal Mail recorded a photo of my front door number, but no indication on where they left the parcel and did not leave a card. I queried this with Anthropologie but they won’t tell me where it was left either, just they can say it was delivered. They first tell me to contact Royal Mail, which I did, but they said they will only deal with the sender not the receiver, so I still can’t find out where my parcel was supposedly left. So I got back to Anthropologie again to tell them this and all they say is it was delivered and refusing to help anymore and they are not liable! Things not true. I have not signed for anything nor can I even find a photo of the parcel or where it was supposedly left. They have not provided me with any proof of where it was just told me to take it up with my bank! So now I have to contact my card issuer (thank goodness was I paid through credit card) as Anthropologie won’t provide me with information of where my parcel was left nor will they investigate this properly. No refund or replacement offered either. I’ve never been treated so badly. Will never order with them again.

Beautiful mugs, make drinking a pleasure.

Mug arrived chipped although well packaged. There was no missing piece in the parcel so I think it was already faulty when packed. My email was answered immediately and I received a replacement mug the very next day without the hassle of having to return the damaged mug. Excellent customer service service.I love these mugs, they are my absolute favourites and are used daily. I have the mint ones and the ochre.

Frustrating Experience with LinkedIn Support and Account Access Issues

I had a big problem with LinkedIn when they locked me out of my account. I tried to fix it by talking to their support team, but it didn't go well. They kept telling me to email them from the account I couldn't get into, which didn't make sense. I explained the problem many times, but they just sent the same replies over and over, without offering any real help. This made things really hard for me and my work. I wish LinkedIn would listen better and find other ways to solve problems like this.
