Why was I charged? I have no google subscription. I have a case opened but no response since the start of the month..17 days!

I had their antivirus software for a year. Not sure how it worked in that regard other than it seemed like it was the culprit on not letting my wifi through. Either way I knew I needed something. They have an auto renewal clause in their contract and never hid that fact. As a matter of fact they were letting us know that a month ahead of time that it was going to auto renew and if you joined now you could get 15% off your 2 year new contract. So I did and it renewed and all was good, until I got a notification 3 weeks later that Kaspersky just charged me again!!!! But this time the full price for the auto renewal contract that I already had been charged. They double charged us and PayPal didn't do anything. We went through our credit card to dispute this and now I see that they credited us for the lesser charge and haven't seen the other charge credited yet but my software has been canceled so I have no security at all at this point and still out my money on that auto renewal that I know don't have. Unbelievable. How can you not see that I bought your software on their end.

Told me they would replace my movie certificates that expired during the pandemic and are now refusing to do so. They do not respond to emails or messages via social media. Waited on their chat feature for over 2 hours and was never connected with anyone. AWFUL customer service. Will avoid using again at all costs.

If a term legal scam would exist it would be called Duolingo. The whole concept of your company is based on taking money and disqualifying people with no refund and no chance to retake a test providing no clear reason or explanation why. Chat bot communicating by email is not helpful and keeps resending same emails.

The estimated delivery times on the website are outright lies in my experience. If you're in a hurry to receive your goods I'd suggest using a different supplier. Other than that, high quality items and pretty good prices for the most part.

I am really disappointed with their support team, as such a big company they are only giving phone support to enterprise customers and as i am not the enterprise customer i can not get the phone support so i emailed my problem to support team but no one is replying from that as well its been 2 days and i have emailed couple of times but there is no reply from there support team,really disappointing with such a big name in the market with pretty bad support staffEmerald Services

I returned a few items trying to find my right new makeup.. employee's recommended certain things it didn't work for me.. my last return was foundation and powder manerager said no returns for me.. I've spent tons of money there.. I had my receipt. He was an up tight manager breaking the return policy.. guess he rules!.. this was in portland oregon at the cascades ulta.. don't go there ..bad service!!!..

I ordered a 50 lbs package of cracked corn online from Tractor Supply in Ipswich, MA to be delivered home. I live in MA. The package took 10 days for FEDEX to deliver it. It's a shame to pay standard delivery and wait so long to get the item. Tractor Supply is NOT a reliable company anymore. I cannot recommend it
