Review of keap
Pros: Keap allows me to manage my invoicing, appointments, to-do list and email marketing from one system. I save so much time and have a much better view of my business. Prior to using Keap I was using Square for invoicing and appointments, Mailchimp for email marketing, and Smartsheet. Keap has helped me eliminate duplicate data entry and see all of my client engagement and communications in one place.Pro: Keap re-defines customer support in all the best ways possible! If there's a problem, you can use the chat and get a live person. Their online learning resources/library also has a lot of helpful answers and tips to (including templates you can download and implement). You can be as dependent or independent as your heart desires. But where they really change the game is with their weekly automation webinars, which are live, free learning modules taught by real users and experts. And all of this is part of their service - you don't need to pay an upgrade.Con: Keap really wants you to do everything through its system using their email interface, but sometimes their email deliverability isn't super intuitive. There's a bit of configuring you have to do and even then your communication may end up in the recipient's junk mail.

Review of farfetch
Pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy it was to get my order! I wasn't sure what to think about ordering from a UK based company being in New York City but the order came in less than a week which was phenomenal. The shoes were exactly as I expected and shown on the site. Would recommend and order from again.

Review of clover
We’ve had clover for many years and in the beginning it was a great experience. Over the past two years I cannot say the same. During the busiest hours the system will start glitching, the different computers don’t sync, it will randomly change the server of a tab to a different one. Two weeks ago on a Saturday (one of our busiest days) their system servers went down for the whole day and not a single representative answered. We weren’t able to do the closing report that day since it would not allow me to enter servers tips and wasn’t recognizing processed payments. The next day all transitions were lost and when I spoke to a representative he told me that I had 24 hours to correct the tips and that the department that could help me would be open on Monday. It was Sunday, the next day, 24 hours after the payments were made so the moment to talk to that department was that day. When I explained that to him he pretty much said tough luck. It’s a horrible system that is always glitching out and messing up payment. Their support line is garbage. Do not get clover!!!
