I want a long-term phone number for Twitter verification so as to avoid sim swap attacks.Twilio claimed that their phone number could be used to receive SMS (they would charge me a few cents), so I tried it. In fact, their system filtered out the SMS I wanted to receive and refused to help me solve the problem (assuming that I will violate their "Acceptable Use Policy" (AUP)).Therefore, I requested a full refund and wanted them to delete my account from their database. They only replied to the latter issue that I could delete my account on their platform but avoided answering the former (refund) issue.I have created a full refund ticket to Paypal. Avoid this company if you are not big enough to make them handle your requests.

Back in 02 June 2022 I contributed towards a campaign for some collapsible travel cups.Since then after many 'so called' delays. There have been perhaps 3 updates, last of which was in October 2023 and yet no cups, no updates and after a few requests, no refund or further update at all.Indiegogo are useless and state that I need to contact the campaign directly. Yet when I contact the "The Huggable Co" (Based in SHEPTON MALLET, United Kingdom) They just ignore all contact.

I’ve been a loyal ASOS customer for years and subscribed to the Premier service specifically for the benefit of next-day delivery. Unfortunately, that level of service seems to be a thing of the past.I ordered an item for my sister, intended as a gift for a family member who was traveling. The item arrived late, which meant she wasn’t able to give the gift in time. It completely defeated the purpose of the purchase and left us both incredibly disappointed.What’s most frustrating is that ASOS continues to charge for a service that is no longer being honored. If next-day delivery is not going to be fulfilled, then it’s unfair to customers who pay for that promise. I genuinely hate to consider shopping elsewhere, but it’s becoming harder to justify staying with ASOS under these circumstances.If courier services are the issue, then ASOS needs to take responsibility and ensure better communication and reliability from their end. Customers shouldn’t have to suffer the consequences of poor coordination behind the scenes.I hope ASOS takes this seriously—because if not, they’ll continue losing trustworthy, long-term customers like me.

Completely misleading website. It used Priceline to book a car rental in Fort Lauderdale when my search was specific to Miami Airport. Yes, I had a chance to confirm the reservation and I was in a hurry, but I never once searched for Fort Lauderdale OR chose nearby cities. I chose neighborhood locations as an option. Fort Lauderdale is NOT anywhere in the neighborhood of Miami Airport. They would not refund my money or change my reservation. Neither would Priceline. Neither would Sixt. Terrible companies and customer service all around. I've never had issues like this with Budget or Avis. UPDATE: Notice that Kayak responded by suggesting I reach out to customer service. These are exactly the folks who wouldn't help me... even their manager!
