When a problem occurs with 1P (which is rare but inevitable in the complicated internet universe) I can always count on timely, honest, engaged, and helpful information from the 1P support team. This is so unusual that makes my feelings of loyalty and affection for 1P even stronger. Thank you!

Ive been with facebook a number of years. Suddenly out of the blue, I have been suspended for breach of protocol. Haven't a clue why. I use it and pay for ads for storytelling. Got a quantity of abuse at one point and reported them and they are still on FB. A FACELESS organisation. No means of contacting the admin, just sent round in circles. Don't respond to emails, Cannot telephone anyone. In recent times I get that many adverts I do not want. Tired of trying to block them. If I ever get the account back, I will be removing my account and never return to this or instagram and find other means of advertising.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS ONCE GREAT PLATFORM?!Wow, YouTube is going downhill rapidly year after year. I mainly use it to listen to podcasts, however it has now become impossible due to the CONSTANT adverts every 3-4 minutes. It is absolutely ridiculous, and I have now deleted the app and will use Spotify instead whose adverts are much less often.YouTube will end up losing all it's listeners if they carry on like this. Pure greed.
