I’d rather die than use this company again, honestly they’re a complete joke, I would never ever use Expedia again. They were happy to sit back and let a third party fraudulently take money from my bank account, as a company they have no backbone and are quite happy to roll over and leave you out of pocket! you have been warned! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Great sales and service

I bought an business where the previous owner hap A POS system that was leases and had to be returned which left the business with No POS System. 8 was contact by David Steinberg for the replacement of the clover system. We only had a few days to get the system in place and working. David has been great! He has help us get it up and running in the very short time frame. We where very fortunate to have David on our side. We would highly recommend David and the clover system.

Payment taken for order but no dress!

Ordered an £81 dress for a party. Low in stock so was excited to get one of the last few left. Payment is taken (PayPal) but I don't receive a confirmation email or order number. I contact ASOS and they tell me they have no record of my order. When I say that I have been charged they say I will be refunded. How can they refund an order they say they have not received? No apology, just told me to wait and see if I get a refund and to contact them again if not. PayPal say they can't refund me until ASOS complete the order they say haven't received. Meanwhile, I can't afford to order the dress again now that payment has been taken, and I'd be nervous to use ASOS again incase the same thing happens. This dress was going to be a big treat to myself and I'm left with nothing to wear to the party, no apology from ASOS and £81 out of pocket.

Awful customer online support

Awful customer online support. Worst I have ever experienced. Could not cancel my online order. Dreadful service. I will never buy from them ever again. ONLY buy online if you are 100% sure you want the item.

I got a call from an automated call from Spectrum this morning at 8am. I got two more from them at 4:10 and 4:40 this afternoon. Both of those calls spectrum hung up as soon as I said hello. Spectrum claims if you answer the call from there automated system you will not receive any more calls that day. Spectrum is another company that lies.

More gossip than news

It’s more like a gossip site than a news site. It’s extremely bias and quite often the headline doesn’t mirror the article.I’ve given the Guardian 2 stars because, compared to the Daily Mail, they publish far less apologies due to printed inaccuracies! If you want rightwing bias, visit the Daily Mail. If you want leftwing bias, visit the Guardian. The one positive of the Daily Mail is they allow comments on the vast majority of their news articles. Their moderators are fairly lenient too and will not remove comments which bash the site or criticise rightwing political parties. In this regard, dare I say it, the Daily Mail are actually more liberal than the Guardian!

Croc do not supply replacemt studs

Both my wife and I have bought several crocs over the years. The stud folding the strap on my latest pair has brocken after about a year of indoor use only. This is simple push on item to repair but Crocs say they do not supply such items and I would have to buy a new pair (they did offer 50% discount) but I estimate the stud would have cost less than a £1 including postage. With all the efforts to repair/ recycle. I think it is terrible that Croc will not supply such a simple item.

What 'App'ened, YouVersion? :(

Have loved this app but recent changes make it hard to use. I also previously loved the verse/image creation feature but it's no longer user friendly (i.e., no bounding box to adjust width of text.)Will give it a month, but if things don't improve I will likely look elsewhere for another app. Quite disappointing, as this used to be my go-to app.

HORRIBLE Customer Service and false…

HORRIBLE Customer Service and false advertising regarding delivery times. I placed an order on 12/18/19 and paid the $15 for overnight delivery, as my family's Christmas party was on 12/21. I received the package on 12/23. When Macy's sent me a text on 12/20, stating that delivery would be 12/23, I called Macy's customer service. The attendant assured me that he had called the delivery carrier and advised that my order would be fast-tracked to be delivered on 12/21. I just received the order today, 12/23. When I called Macy's customer service again today, I spent 25 minutes on the phone with a representative and then a Resolution Specialist. The result was a refund of my $15 Express fee. I will NEVER buy from Macy's again!

Kantar Scamming Respondents With Gift Cards

I had joined a beverage study provided by Kantar on January 27, 2023 and a representative of the company contacted me through the phone to verify personal information, she remind me to download an app called Kantar Scope while ensuring me that full participation from February 6 - February 19 would earn me $35 Visa Pre-Paid card. I recorded all of my sessions until completion, later Kantar sent me an email appreciating my work for them and advised me to delete their app. However, they didn't compensate me in the end.I would recommend anybody to report them and don't accept their surveys. These people are actual scammers.
