Review of dell
I purchased a charger in January, and about a month later the cord broke exposing the wires connecting from the battery pack. I had my other charger for a year and nothing was wrong with it (I just lost it).To me, this is a reflection of Dell making their products with more shawdy and cheep material. I wasn't doing anything different in my life for the cord to break, but a month after using the product it breaks? That is ridiculous I had to pay $40 for something that literally broke 30 days later. I think damage caused by cheap material should be covered under the warranty, as now it's currently not

Had internet down for 10 days. Modem replaced with painful troubleshooting stretching hours multiple times. Case manager kept updating bogus fake notes that she reached us but no incoming call or voicemail. Telstra customer service cannot do anything - consumers are at the mercy of case manager who have no accountability or integrity . This is tax payers money burned to ashes. Case number 64688653
Review of dashlane
Because of a recent Apple Security update, Dashlane’s auto fill feature for Safari stopped working. (Not a problem for Chrome and Firefox) Dashlane will have a fix out this summer. This was explained to me by Dashlane’s responsive and excellent customer service. That said, I wish Dashlane would have communicated this through an email once it became an issue as opposed to me having to waste time contacting them to find out the problem. I’ve been using Dashlane for several years and find it one of the best Password Managers. But a little transparency would go a long way to improving customer satisfaction.
