Be prepared for results that make no sense

I still cannot understand why my DNA results show my Fathers contribution shows English and Irish decent when he was born in Egypt and I have many close 1st generation Egyptian family members. Plus I look just like him! There is no evidence that he has any Western ancestors. I have hundreds of photos of his family dating back to the 1800s…. I’ve read that I may not have inherited 1/2 of his DNA. What is the half I inherited. Irish?? Impossible!

Can't get refund

Have been buying from Ebay for years and years, on this occasion I had the misfortune of receiving a fake perfume. I opened a return request ONE day after the 30 day money back guarantee as I hadn't got around to using the perfume earlier than this. I was initially told by an agent that I should be able to get a refund as the seller has been suspended and that's in my favour but now I'm being told I can't get a refund because I was too late with my request. Back and forth emails are fobbing me off telling me to report my problem to the actual perfume company themselves, file a police report, submit an econsumer complaint and contact the seller. How can I contact the seller if they've been suspended? 🤦‍♀️ Not one solution of actually giving me my money back. They shouldn't treat loyal customers like this, there should be something that can be done in this kind of situation. Zombies would make a better customer service team.

Not only is the reporting heavily…

Not only is the reporting heavily politically edited to only promote the more unsavoury bigoted aspects of the right. The DM ignores important news stories which can't be re-spun to suit it's narrative.They also seem to have a habit of 'loosing' well reasoned alternative points of view on their comment feeds.

Oh, the processing time? What about it...

So, it turns out their 4-5 days delivery is already a best case and they are aware of numerous issues. What they don't say on the website that chat did was that there is also a 1-2 day processing delay (again, best case, unlikely). Being told the product will be delivered in 4-5 days and then finding out that it's a 7-day best-case scenario is very misleading, chat seemed to expect it to be around 12 days.

If I could rate lower I would

If I could rate lower I would, told their product signing me out was my fault and only billing could help. Darleen the useless in sales was rude, dismissive and insulting. Not only do I hate zoom, intend to tell all, I will help my international company find an alternative. After waiting for hours I was told it is not locked out - despite the zoom sending an email saying I was locked out.

Never again. For all the reasons you read on here from others. Can't cancel the order, can't get the order, can't talk to anyone. They have my money. But 5 stars for getting that 4th of July Ad out. That showed with no problem. Actually getting what you bought, I guess we'll see. Strange how other companies don't seem be having this shipping issue.

I used ebay for 10 years with over 600 purchases , it was good and reliable back in the days , today its nothing but scammers and horrific customer service i ordered a brand new samsung phone , received a fake phone that was even faulty and locked it self up so it was impossible to use iti had ordered 2 phone cases from another seller for the phone as well and payed alot of money in taxes and shipping and VAT , the seller scammer me and only shipped out 1 of the cases both the phone and even the case from another seller was a scam both sellers scammed me at the same time on the same day never shopping on ebay ever again
