I had a frustrating experience with Binance when they locked my account and asked for address verification. Turned out I had two accounts, and my documents didn't match up. I had to manually withdraw my funds, which was a hassle. On the bright side, their support team was very helpful and professional. The whole process took 2 days, which was longer than I hoped, but I appreciate their assistance. 3 stars for the inconvenience, but kudos to their support.

I ordered jeans and they were shipped to me with the wrong size so I returned them in store after getting an exchange order. The exchange order came and they were the wrong size AGAIN. I called customer service and the lady did not care whatsoever. Now I have to drive the 30 minutes again to return them in store because frankly I don’t want to have to pay a shipping fee.

I love the place and the clothes there. Unfortunately the lady who was working on the Berlin - Charlottenburg store on the fitting room was very rude and because she was in a hurry, she didn't let me try all the clothes I chose. She made the experience very unpleasant.

Then, when you have a problem, they dump you off on or blame the original manufacture. Do not buy from them. The quality and customer service that was once there is gone.
