They hide your negative reviews. Within two weeks a $1,000 bracelet clasp, an inter locking and under glasp broke and we lost it. I had screen shots of an online rep saying go to a physical location and they'd take care of it, that was a lie. I provided screen shots and that review is not up. Notice they, "Mod", reviews. I was a logitech man since the start, and still love the memory of the product. For some reason the software has become terrible, and incomprehensible to me. Maybe it is be who is stupid. But is used to be pretty much plug and play, and then just a little fine adjustment to make it perfect. Now I cant get basic needs, like the feedback on the wheel on the mouse to work, no matter how much original software I download. What a fall from grace. I will never buy a Logitech product aver again, and regret ever doing so. You should be ashamed. Why do you hate your users so much? Is this somehow better in your world. It is the old guys who have the money, still. You would know that if you had any sense. I would say thanks for the memories, but you have made them sour.Kvantemanden
