I was on hold for one hour and 30 minutes and they answered it, it got quiet, went back to the music and then they deliberately hung up on me. Ridiculous. How am I suppose to solve my tax issues if you hang up in my face on purpose? I get the previous layoffs so I expected longer wait times but to be hung up on is so messed up!

I was told that ups tried to deliver a package to my address and they didn't deliver it because they had problems with the address they tried to deliver it again and same excuse I was home both times and nobody came to my door trying to deliver a package they lied to me twice in one day they need to do a better job delivering there service sucks

PLEASE READ BEFORE EVEN CONSIDERING

I needed a website and ended up going with Squarespace, and this is by far the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. As soon as I got someone on the phone, I was rushed and pressured by a very aggressive Indian man named Nick to buy a specific package that “includes everything needed to run a website.”My first question to him was whether I could get a refund if I wasn’t satisfied. He immediately said, “Yes, absolutely—no questions asked.” So, I proceeded with the purchase.The very next day, I received a call saying I needed to purchase all sorts of additional things before they could even start building the website! When I asked for specifics on what I actually needed, they began talking down to me as if I were an idiot and then abruptly said they’d just call me later.At this point, I was already unhappy with the service, so I requested a refund to take my business elsewhere. I was then transferred to a higher-up who told me he didn’t think I deserved a refund because they hadn’t started the website yet. He claimed they could only cancel if I wasn’t satisfied with the final product.I explained that I already didn’t like the service and wanted to cancel, reminding him that Nick had said I could do so at any time. When I mentioned that I would take legal action if they didn’t refund my money, he laughed and said, “Good luck. This happens every day, and our lawyers are way better than anything you can afford—so we’ll win anyway” this is absolutely insane that apparently this is happening every day to small businesses and it needs to stop!

I have had nothing but frustration and wasted time dealing with Squarespace’s handling of my Google Workspace. Last year, due to a billing issue caused by their system, my Google Workspace was migrated without my consent, creating a nightmare situation where my emails were inaccessible for months.Now, the same incompetence has struck again! My Google Workspace was suddenly suspended, and the domain connected to my account is missing from the backend, meaning I have no way to manually fix or even pay to reactivate my account. The worst part? Critical business files in my Google Drive are completely inaccessible, even though I can still see them in the admin console.I emailed support on January 27th, and still no response. This is unacceptable for a platform that businesses rely on. Their lack of urgency and support has cost me energy, time, and money, at a time when I am already dealing with serious family health issues.If you’re a business owner, STAY AWAY FROM SQUARESPACE. Their poor handling of Google Workspace and slow, unhelpful support can cripple your business overnight with no way to fix it yourself. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.I need immediate access to my files, and I demand a proper resolution now. This level of negligence is unacceptable from a company that claims to support businesses.

I will NEVER again shop online with Macys..

I am so mad I⁷ will NEVER online shop with Macys again! I ordered some Skechers winter boots on black Friday, a few days later it said item shipped within a day or two it said item delivered BUT it was never shipped or delivered someone was home at my house the day it was Supposedly delivered nothing was on our porch ALL day! I tried to dispute it through PayPal but of course Macys lied on me and said they delivered it and that its my fault! Never even offered any compensation or redelivery! so now I am out of $37 and the boots, to top it off I am still paying for boots I will NEVER get because PayPal can't cancel my 4 payment plan, i really think Macys is running a warehouse shipping scam on and need to be investigated! I'm so angry and disappointed!

This companys employees are outstanding

This company is AMAZING! I have never experienced the level of service that I received from 3 separate branches of this company. They all went out of their way to help me return a purchase. They were friendly, knowledgable and their online ordering and subsequent delivery was unbelievable. I recommend this company wholeheartedly. If only all retailers had assistants like theirs, shopping would be a wonderful experience.
