Consistently charges my credit card $27.00 per month. Spent over two hours on the phone, they could not locate a charge or a reason for the charge. Nothing we agreed to. I've had to question this with my credit card company because Dell is relentless in their monthly charge.

We have multiple express vpn subscriptions, we need to setup express vpn on router, unfortunately we can not ship any of very few supported routers which supports express vpn, talked to customer support several time about this issue.. we purchased 3 routers which were updated and supports OVPN, no matter how hard we tried we were unable to setup express vpn on those, while almost all other top vpns works on them, support is pathetic. they wont even lead you to a possible solution.
