I filed a PayPal dispute (ID: PP-R-JBQ-564135469) for a purchase I made on December 10, 2024. I paid $53.96 for two wireless earbuds but only got a partial refund of $10.79. The seller never delivered the product and later asked for more money. I gave PayPal all the details, including a fake tracking number, but they ignored me until the case closed and told me it was too late to appeal. I followed their rules and tried to resolve things properly. PayPal failed to protect me and their system is unfair. Very disappointed.

I was purchasing on Mercari sometimes daily but for sure weekly. When Mercari decided I should pay the seller fees along with Mercari "JUNK" fees I have NOT made One purchase. I actually deleted the app from my phone and no longer look at their site. I now purchase on Ebay. I personally think the CEO of Mercari needs his head examined. I feel sorry for the sellers on Mercari. I will never be back as a buyer unless ALL buyer fees are removed.

I don’t tend to use ASOS as often as I did in the past, but still order from time to time. My last few orders have all had issues. I’ve had multiple instances where I’ve paid for next day delivery and ordered in advance, only for it to take longer to arrive than the standard delivery. I’ve also had issues with changing my default address, and upon ordering seeing it has changed to my old address although I amended it, then I’m unable to amend or cancel my address even though my order still hasn’t been dispatched for days. It’s so disappointing that the odd time I order from them, there are issues without fail every time. I can’t remember the last time I had a smooth order process with ASOS, so it really just doesn’t feel worth it anymore, even for the odd order.

My partner gifted me a 150 euro Uniqlo voucher. I put together an order totaling 152.80, with the remainder to be paid via my bank card. Unfortunately, multiple attempt to complete this transaction over the past few months have failed, with Uniqlo customer service frustratingly offering little to no assistance. They initially attributed the issue to my bank. After contacting my bank, they assured me that there were no issues on their end. I was informed the only reason the bank would stop a payment so small is if I was being scammed. After reiterating this to Uniqlo and asking if I was being scammed on 3 separate incidents, my query about being scammed has never been answered.What frustrated me most was the lack of effective communication from Uniqlo regarding the situation. Despite asking multiple times if there was a security concern or scam-related issue causing the payment failures, I received no clear response or reassurance from them. On the other hand I now have a 150 euro voucher that is unusable, and an annoyed partner who wasted 150 euro. I asked Uniqlo customer service the process for my partner to request a refund, and again Uniqlo are being unresponsive, they will reply to the part of my email they want to and ignore all other queries. Thankfully we are Irish and have made a complaint to the CCPC (The Competition & Consumer Protection Commissions), who I am confident will get my partner his money refunded. On another note, I have ignorantly made many an instore purchase with Uniqlo previously. I started buying from Uniqlo after I saw the man who created the company being interviewed and talk about their company ethics and how they are not fast fashion. I was duped, its all BS! I have recently discovered Uniqlo is owned by the same company who owns H&M, called Fast Retailing Company Limited. So technically the bank is right, I have been scammed all along, just not the way they meant! In summary, I have completely lost my confidence in Uniqlo. And you can be sure I am telling everyone.

I was with Chase from 25 years old. I’m 68 now. Same branch even, an account service person got promoted to a branch manager just the other day. On this day one of the tellers came out from behind her teller spot, and cursed me out in the lobby in front of everyone 3 days ago, I think her and the brand new bank manager have a thing going on with each other. Nothing else can explain what happened this day. She was giving me a terrible evil eye while I was talking to the manager about some small issue I was having. The woman kept giving me a serious evil eye as she tried to degrade me. She even left her post to come to me and curse me out in front of everyone. And then she went back behind the window and glared at me non stop. One of the courtesy clerks came up to me and said, you really ought to report her for what she just did to you in front of everyone at the bank. I said, do you really think I should? She said, no one should get away with talking to anyone else the way she did to you. I said well, ok, I will then. I signed the papers and then before I knew it, the new bank manager started yelling at me that he just got promoted to bank manager and the first thing he was going to do was delete my bank account, which he did. He gave me cash and a cashier’s check, and told me I am no longer a customer at HIS bank.As I said, I am 68 years old bad memory and all. All my payments were auto payments because of my age, and I don’t remember who I owe what to. I have to go to Social Security Monday to fix things so that I can resume my payments without having to wait too long to get my Social Security back on track because I don’t remember my password. Let alone trying to remember who I was auto paying. I’ve cried quite a bit hoping that this doesn’t end up ruining my credit as I’m trying to remember who I owe money to, and how much each payment is as well as when it’s due. I still don’t have a debit card either which I live by my debit card and automatic payments. When you think about it… WHO WOULD DO THIS TO A 68 YEAR OLD WOMAN????I hope you read this be for anyone decides that Chase is the bank for them. I tried calling Chase and they didn’t seem to be bothered with me. This is what can easily happen if you trust your money in a Chase Bank. NO ONE AT CHASE CARED AT ALL as I tried to get help from them. This is what happens if you trust your money to Chase. Don’t risk the same thing happening to you!

My eBay account is restricted all of sudden.I have only good feedbacks and never had issue with anyone. I'm a private user so I only buy some items when i need. As the email says that my account got a temp restriction. To reinstate, contact to eBay customer support. But they asked me this and that (Name, Address, etc) but don't listen and said I can't use my account again and not telling me because of what and repeating same words again and again.So useless and stupid for real

This thing where drivers pick up several orders at the same time sucks. As a dasher if you pick my order bring my order directly to me. You want a decent tip then dont do this practice. I have started calling DD everytime a dasher does this and I remove the tip. Just saying u wanna keep tips, then treat your customers right and deliver their food hot.

Got 2 letters from them offering money to sign up to their survey about watching television. A quick google search later and I deemed them untrustworthy. I did not sign up. Today they sent a doorstep caller, an old woman. After explaining that i don't watch terrestrial tv and don't have netflix, and i only watch youtube the odd time, she began to push for an interview about youtube, i politely said no a few times but she kept pushing, so i said no and closed the door on her. She still kept talking outside the door until i walked away from it. No means no, ipsos, why be so predatory?

Unbelievably bad service by Ebay as usual - definitely a situation of come and get us if you think you can, I bought a hifi for £250 on Ebay, it didn't't work, didn't have time to send it back to seller in time frame so called Ebay and was advised to agree with the vendor to send it back, did so - then Ebay closed the case in the sellers favor - now I have no Hifi and no money and when I complained to Ebay they said it was not their problem so now not only have I lost the £250 I have also lost the item on bays own advice then told not our problem - if ever there was an opportunity for a more customer focused company to enter a market its this ..EBAY - great items - terrible grabbing self-interested conglomerate.
