Diana was excellent! she was patient and completely solved the issue for me, and she explained the steps she took to solve it. We were having a weird issue with the SSL certificate and she explained it to me and solved it,then we tested to access the site and voilá! the issue was not there anymore. God Bless Diana!

Utter utter greed and incompetence.

Ok, firstly, Telstra has a reputation of being probably the worst customer service provider in Australia, if not globally. Secondly, I find these opinions completely justified, and I gave one star because I am unable to leave zero stars. Only today I finally reached breaking point with Telstra. I have been diligently saving up my points over the years to buy something nice with them, only to be told today that my points are going to start expiring if I don't use them up. So what's the point eh, if you don't spend $$$$$$$$ in a year to get the points you require, you lose them!!! FFS, seriously. So, I decided to spend what I had before I lose them, so I went to the store to place my order. Upon doing so and going to the checkout, I was guided through the postage system, I got to the last page to submit your order, and ........ I was greeted with a blank pages with the centre icon spinning trying to place the order. 3hrs I waited and it still couldn't place the order, YES 3HRS I let it spin for. Eventually.... action.... Unable to connect right now, please try again later. Then I got, no internet connection, then it was, oops, something went wrong, then it started just spinning again. So I tried the system to see if there was an outage, nope, no outage. By now I had been trying for 5hrs to place an order. Itried to go to the live chat, only to be given the message, please hold while we connect you to a customer service agent, which never happened, unable to connect, please try again later. We apologise for any inconvenience. I have now given up, I am changing providers, and Telstra can keep my thousands of points and shove then where the sun doesn't shine. A complete and utter disgrace of professional service delivery, all Telstra are good at, is billing you and taking your money, they are top of the class for that, first in their field for money owed by the customer. Telstra....... get a grip, an absolute outrageous level of disgraceful poor poor service delivery. If only the rest of Australia would dump them as I am about to, then perhaps we would have a service that is both reliable, good value, and worthy of the company name, but right now, Testra are without a doubt top of the league for incompetence, poor poor after sales service and service delivery. Goodbye Telstra, and please don't insult me with a reply to, contact such and such at customer services to discuss my issues, I am no longer interested, and anyone else reading this, should also think twice about installing Telstra at home. Wait, wait, update......... We are unable to process your order right now, please try again later. Lol 😅😅😅😅😅😅 What a totally incompetent and unprofessional customer service provider. Please think twice before installing Telstra, go somewhere else and get decent customer service care and delivery.
