The worst company ever! Item never received. Royal Mail sent confirmation it was lost. EBay will try everything in their power to try not to refund you! Even though Royal Mail said it’s so easy for them to make a claim. No contact number. Sending various emails for 4 weeks trying to get my money back! Will never use the site ever again. Vinted or Amazon any day over this!!!

Despite being on a pension I paid $2800 for 3 hypnosis sessions with Lesley Nicholson to deal with ongoing trauma. My willingness to pay this was based on her supposed decades of experience in this field & 5 star reviews. Lesley was very clear on what she would provide & what outcomes I should expect & I trusted her based on her extensive experience in this field & great reviews. I did not receive the service & outcomes I was promised. The session was highly unprofessional, with the recording failing, Lesleys dogs barking & jumping on me, causing me to open my eyes & break the hypnotic state that was essential for the success of the session. Additionally Lesley went out of the room to deal with customers during the recording while I was meant to be in a hypnotic state & you could even audibly hear her slurping on tea. This session was unsuccessful & unprofessional on many levels.After the session I emailed her cancelling subsequent sessions & requesting a full refund as I had been negatively impacted by the experience. Lesley promptly called back & apologised for the session & offered to redo the session or provide me with a full refund. I opted for the later at which time she reprimanded me stating that I wasn't committed to the process, blaming me for the outcome. It was very damaging & unprofessional. She refunded me $1400 stating that she spent a lot of time on the initial session & had offered to redo the session (which feels very unsafe to me). I should be fully refunded as the session was very detrimental & now what I paid for or was promised.
