Gazebo delivered in several damaged…

Gazebo delivered in several damaged boxes in damaged condition.Damaged parts were never replaced.Customer service “specialist” was convincing me that damaged roof is OK because people can’t see it. I wasted a lot of my time emailing back and forth and nothing was resolved.I could not write a review on their site, because there is no write review access.I can’t put date of experience due to me trying to get the solution from December 2023 to end of March this year when I finally could not take it anymore.

Large order undelivered, refund refused

Uber eats has been balancing on a thin line for me until recent. Obviously delivery drivers, who are colourful bunch of random people "from the street" employed with no screening whatsoever, are pretty much the only "face of the company" that majority of customers would ever come across so probably not much of service standard is to be expected on that aspect by basic chain of logic. Perhaps, all that you can do is take a risk in placing your order and pray that someone semi-decent and responsible would be assigned to take your food( bought with your hard earned money) from point A to point B successfully, which ofcourse is not guaranteed. However, aspect of "dedicated customer service" team is all another matter...I can safely say that I would be avoiding uber eats as fire from where ever I would become aware they are involved in my food delivery. To cut long story short I was robbed of £50 for undelivered food due a dodgy delivery driver, who by the looks of things couldn't be arsed yet, lied and marked our food as delivered. The worst part is "dedicated customer services team" which by the looks of things are bunch of AI robots reprinting same vague, non specific phrases refused to return my money due to their "POLICiES", which nobody are able to disclose or explain, going somewhere along the lines of "computer says no". Im not sure if its a new thing but It looks like Uber eats system has been set up in a way that does not allow to issue refunds whatsoever regardless of circumstances. Furthermore there is no option to complain or escalate the matter making any thing past the holding your breath during delivery process absolutely useless. Please keep in mind that there is a very big and real chance that after parting from your money for undelivered food you will be pretty much met with dead end and crickets. I wasn't expecting that such a global company operate as a basic scammers. Just shameful, enjoy my £50 that you stole Uber eats!

We canceled our HubSpot approximately nine weeks ago. The Company keeps billing & charging us for services we canceled nine weeks ago. Their customer service never responds. We went as far as contacting their general legal counsel, but she appears to be busy with pronouns and DEI related activities. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU FOR SERVICES YOU DO NOT WANT OR NEED. We canceled our services with them as our emails to opted in clients all went to Spam, and HubSpot told us that was our problem, yet all our emails from our server and other servers go to inbox without an issue. This company is pure garbage. The Company has a D- with the Better Business Bureau and only accepts complaints from the Better Business Bureau by mail, so take that for what it is for.

Beware before booking

I tried to book a trip while here in Lanzorote. The system said my booking had failed after taking a payment for €225. I received an email stating I would receive an email saying I would get a refund in 3 to 5 days. This was my holiday money and after contacting their support they stated there is nothing they can do. So no trip and no money until after my holiday. I have limited funds and can’t now go on any trips. Be very careful booking with this company. They take your money and won’t give it back until a week later benefiting from the interest. I will never use them again.

I bought the product 2 days ago it say you'll be eligible for a refund if you contact them within15 days of purchase and if you haven't downloaded the product yet.. it's only been 2days and I didn't download the product yet and still was denied.. The way the policy is set up its set up to where no matter what the issue is your not getting a refund... Never will i purchase from this website again and I will let everybody else know what i experienced... You always suppose to try and make your customers happy to stay in business this company don't care about they customers at all... Never ever will i purchase from them again!!! Could at least gave me half of my money back!!! Didn't have know care in the world about making sure I was happy..

Very UNHAPPY 1PW user expereince

I've been a happy 1PW user experience, but due to a recent hack on my PC we had to clean the PC from core to score. I tried to get back in 7 days ago, and because I only use the account to get passwords, I wasn't aware of their new flamboyant... "Emergency Repair Form or Secret Password."Due to this I'm now unable to gain any access to my account as it's encrypted. I've now been given two choices by their illustrious support team. Carry on paying and have NO access to any of your data ever, or close the account.So, I'm closing the account, and I won't be telling any of my clients who ask about this on a day to day basis, I'll tell them to steer clear of 1Password.

This company is the worst of the worst

This company is the worst of the worst. Its like horse s^@t . I ordered a kayak for curbside pick up and the website said available. I pay with my card checkout and 40 minutes later I get an email saying " your order has been cancelled". I call and get nothing. I go into the store and say" here to pick up my kayak ". And a huntched dehydrated gool type character with a straw hat that claims to be the manager says " well we dont have any kayaks" I show him the website and it says they have all these wonderful kayaks in stock. He brings me out to the area where they ussually keep the boats and is empty. Click bait or card fishing what ever yku want to call it. They will take the money out and cancel . Now the bad thing is not that they dont return the money , the bad thing is that that day if you want to go look somewhere else you are short that amount because it can take up to a week for that money to show back up in the account . So lets say you just want to buy a different model at TSupply( I dont know who will keep doing bussiness after this) you cant use that money you have to shell out another amount than what they just cancelled. So my advice . Run from pathetic looser of a company.

Unreliable

I have been using Dashlane password manager on all my devices for over 10 years now and it's time to move on to a reliable password manager. It has gone down hill and is utterly useless now. Despite the option of staying logged on to the app for 14 days, it rarely does as you repeatedly have to log on. It no longer remembers passwords anymore and I am always forced to reset them across every site constantly. It doesn't sync at all. Save yourself a headache and try an alternative password manager as Dashlane's days are over. Of course, Dashlane support will blame the most common reasons, such as cache and cookies settings, but when you've already eliminated that, there's no excuse.
