The execution is stellar and top notch as they make the process to submit your DNA sample easy and they do a great job communicating your progress for your Results being ready. It is a big disappointment beyond that once you get your results. Everything is a tease and is monetized. You don't get any real information beyond things that were submitted by prior premium users which is likely not to be a lot and your DNA connections are limited to other family members who went through the process which is also limited. Any detail they've they tell you to pay a premium for it, which is a sizable amount of money with little to no confidence the information is worth how much they are charging. Not good

I've created a few sites here and would suggest this site for the beginner or novice web developers. If you just need something small or making something for someone else to manage later it's a good start.It can get a bit frustrating navigating or customizing at first, but once you get the hang of it it, it's cool. That's my only negative here - the learning curve is a bit harsh if you KNOW css and javascript. If you don't, it's easy. Weird!

Actually, my recent experienc was a big, fat 0. I am astonished that The Spectator should behave as it does towards Subscribers. Am heartened to find others with similar experience!I complained by e-mail, then phone this morning, having found that my bank account was debited for £9.99 yesterday 17th Feb. Then I find that same amounts were taken out in Dec. 2020 and Jan 2021, despite my cancellation of free Subscription on 21st Nov. 2020 after accessing one free article the same day-I have confirmation of this in my e-mail account. I am furious! On phone I was told I could not talk to a Manager to resolve this! Extraordinary, terrible Customer Service (although I don't blame the operator) -I am determined to get a refund and apology.

Walk in customers are denied purchasing things like guac. that they claim that they are out of untill you see it being packaged for outgoing customers. FLAT OUT DISCRIMINATION! Nasty employees doing it with a smile on their faces after calling them out on it.

Horrible experience with the sales service team through Digital River. Received a faulty unit, which was quickly declared dead on arrival. It has taken Lenovo more that a month to pick up the laptop. I have asked fora refund instead of a replacement due to the poor service.I would not recommend anyone to shop at the website.Update 01/06/2021:Still sitting at home with a faulty unit. The processing of my request for an advanced refund has been delayed significantly. The unit is nearing two months old.
