Customer support response time is awful! Says under 2 hours but that’s 5x over by now. All my ETH deposits have been pretty instant, did a slightly larger one today which for some reason is not loading into crypto.com and don’t understand why.

I signed up as part of a works program and started doing the google courses. A year later I looked to renew. There is always an offer around new year for a large amount off an annual subscription. I tried to purchase it and the offer won't add to cart. Unusual but ok contacted customer services. Offer is new customers only. It's BURIED in the terms and conditions. Customer service sent a template reply pointing it out. When I replied saying that's poor customer service they responded in a rude and condescending manner reiterating new customers only. I got a sarcastic non-apology reply, honestly for a site that hosts google and microsoft certs its one of the worst customer service experiences i've ever had. I've cancelled my sub.

Refund not received. Been waiting 45 days for my cruise refund. RC said it would take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed. It has been 45 days, and it doesn't look like I will receive it. Very disappointed in RC. Every time I call, I get the runaround. They basically stole my money. I would not recommend Royal Caribbean.

Facebook is a platform that willing allows illegal activity, if you report profiles that are running scams which you can easily see that it is a scam they just allow it, stating no guidelines have been breached. This platform is not monitored as it should be, it is in every home and should be held accountable for its failings to protect people, however facebook has out grown it's original purpose and even the powers to be can no longer control it.

Never purchase the pj set that is pre folded with the bow! Warning they are defective all of them have holes not fully sawn. I wanted cute gifts sets thought it was a perfect idea most had hole on the left leg it isn’t a rip it’s simple didn’t get sawn in properly you can see where the machine missed it. Why they don’t have quality assurance I don’t understand also this isn’t the first time be ware they get rid of their defects during sale times.

Mercari advertises items purchased on their site are authentic brands; however, they do not provide that authentication. It is up to the buyer to 'do the work' prior to purchasing. Be aware of sellers with zero items sold as they are often dupe products! Mercari doesn't monitor their site, you will often see multiple listings with the same picture for an array of prices. I fell prey to a scam seller to which Mercari refused to provide any assistance unless I (the buyer) pay to have the product authenticated and provide with them with proof the product is fake at which time I'd be provided with a credit it my account for future use.
