online ordered a matress that never came. called in to cancel. agent said ill get a full refund in a week. after 2 more weeks, the mattress came. called back and told them it should have not been delivered. they processed a return pick up but they wont give me the option to schedule for the pick up. they even told me if it is not returned in 30 days from the date it was delivered, i would be outside the return window. pretty rediculous knowing i already cancelled it! long sorry short, it got returned but refunded me $90 dollars less! dumb asses who processed it think they can get away with it and not refund me the full amount? i know macys is going out of business but this is shady practice to recoup funds that dont belong to you. the last agent was excellent and took care of the rest of my refund but it will take 5-7 days to process. told me to keep an eye on emails and my CC. thank you kind sir!
Review of ifttt
I paid an extra yearly fee at my homeautomation provider specifically for IFTTT services. I then set up all my apps at IFTTT which took hours. Everything worked. Then IFTTT suddenly also wanted a yearly subscription, even though I already paid my home automation providers specifically for IFTTT services. IFTTT then deleted all my apps that took hours to setup. Total chaos and super rip off. Don't trust them. They suck and dont know how to run a business.
