Review of vrbo
Horrendous experience! Booked 2 villas in the last week, both of which have been not been kept. They contacted us for the first villa to say there had been a pricing error and we could either pay the difference or cancel - the difference was €14000 for a 2 week rental!! So we cancelled that for a refund. Second try, booking was accepted then we received an email from the host saying they couldn't honour the booking as the villa was being sold and that VRBO had listed for 2026 without their knowledge. Had to cancel for another refund. Won't be using them again. Thank goodness we'd not booked our flights for either villa!
Review of tesla
Model 3 Performance 2020 is the best car we have owned. Ever. Previously had Audi A6 and A8, but Model 3 is just another league. Tesla is the only company delivering future-proof cars in 2020: fully electric, plus full software integration. There is no other company to compete on both aspects.

Solo traveller here. Made sure I called before I booked as I am only 20 not 21, they confirmed it was all good and I would still be able to check in. Paid $400 in flights and over $1000 for the cruise. Got told A DAY BEFORE departure that they were cancelling my reservation as I was underage and I wouldnt be allowed to board. I CALLED THEM BEFORE I BOOKED TO SPECIFICALLY AVOID THIS FROM HAPPENING.Customer service were useless and only offered me a credit certificate which I told them I cant even use because of the travel restrictions in Australia due to covid. So unhappy with the outcome, so much $$$ down the drain!
Review of royalcaribbean
I booked a Royal Caribbean International (RCI) cruise through Expedia for my husband, myself, my daughter, and my mother to sail from Barcelona, Spain from September 5th to 12th, 2021 (Royal Caribbean Booking #553232 and 9138132, Harmony of the Seas ship). A month before our departure we received an email update that RCI canceled a cruise visit to France and replaced it with a “cruising day”. I understood that foreign governments constantly amended their traveling requirements to enter their countries. However, France and Italy (cruise destination countries) required only a negative COVID-19 PCR (or rapid antigen test) within 72 hours of entry. Italy also required a passenger locator form completed online upon entry into Italy. We had both, negative PCT and antigen tests ready. We completed passenger locator forms and beyond. We were also extensively tested for COVID-19 by RCI before we entered the cruise, during and before our exit back in Spain. There was no reason for RCI to cancel our stop in France, but ok. They at least notified us, so we had a choice to cancel our trips or continue with RCI. We decided to continue and keep our cruise plans with RCI only because we hoped to enjoy our remaining visits to Italy (Florence, Naples, and Rome). Once we departed from Spain and reached Italy, despite all the testing, RCI announced that we could not leave the ship and explore our destinations on our own. We were allowed to leave the ship only if we purchased RCI tours. The RCI tour prices were unreasonably high. Not only that. They did not have enough tours to accommodate all the travelers, so my family and I could not buy their tour tickets even if wanted (in Florence), thus we could not exit. We were held on the ship like hostages, for no reason, but for RCI profit. I could not afford to buy RCI tour tickets for all my family to see Rome. It would have cost thousands to see what we hoped to see. Instead, we took a quick bus tour and never got a chance to see anything. The same happened in Naples. I asked the Italian Boarder Control Officer near the port in Rome about foreign visitors’ requirements and he confirmed that no other requirements but the mentioned negative COVID-19 tests and passenger locator forms. We asked RCI what could happen if my family and I did not want to buy their tours and wanted to leave the ship on our own. We were told that we could not return to the boat if we did that. We had to take our belongings with us for us to leave too. My family and I felt like were kept hostage by RCI. We were not notified or informed by RCI about their new entry/exit rules. We were kept against our will on board of their ship until our exit in Spain. My family and I wanted to exit Rome, but because we had to find a flight back to Spain and return in time to continue with our trip plans, we could not afford the same-day flight fares from Rome.I read about the International Maritime Laws. I also understood that a lot of things happened under the COVID-19 pandemic umbrella. RCI was one of many companies that used the pandemic to earn/recover their profits. RCI mislead and held travelers captive on their cruise for profit. I know that Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. is based in the U.S.A. They would not attempt to do the same within the country. However, they violated American citizens' rights abroad.
Review of lg
Absolutely horrendous customer support and service. A refrigerator I ordered started malfunctioning 2 weeks after use. Service refuses to properly diagnose the problem and provides unrelated fixed for serious issues. The refrigerator stopped cooling and the freezer freezes up (which a frost free model is not supposed to do). Service technician are incompetent, and won't hesitate to blame it on a random component completely unrelated to the problems I face. It's not just one issue with the fridge, there are multiple, with the Frost fan not working, the heater unit failing among a few, but the service center says "Well replace the main board and that's pretty much it". They refuse to even consider replacement not diagnose the actual issue and expect the customer to just use it till it works. Appalling customer rep behaviour, incompetent technicians, and a showroom that refuses to take responsibility. Never buying from LG ever again.
Review of keap
Infusionsoft by Keap has been our agency goto for 10 years. Why? Customer service. I can pick up the phone and access a team of support agents who have solved literally every issue we've ever had setting up campaigns with the app - and we do some pretty next-level stuff. Their team has been polite and accommodating regardless of the issue. Great people to work with.

Review of wayfair
So I guess I’ll be adding to there poor service…..it literally takes them 3 days just to get a product shipped…they promised a certain date when purchasing..then they tell you a whole different date 3 days later when they actually ship it. Poor logistics and customer service…. Wayfair, please don’t answer me back with one of your generic computer responses. Thank you.

Review of expedia
I've booked a rental car on Expedia last month and took the option pay now and save. I fully paid the car in my currency and they said it included every taxes and fees unless I was under 25y.o. (no longer my case, unfortunately). No hidden fees they said. Before traveling, when I looked at my banking account, I noticed the price charged on my credit card was not the amount on the Expedia invoice. Not a huge difference but still. I called Expedia and the agent told me to contact his provider directly. There's no way, I bought with Expedia so you have to contact them and get back to me. He told me ok and to wait on the line. After a while he got back to me, told me the prices were way more expansive with them and even if not refundable on my booking, I could ask for a refund if I was not happy and they'll evaluate the request. I told him I needed the car, that they were legally responsible for the prices shown on their website etc... After hanging up, I've checked back on Expedia and the price for my dates and the same provider were identical to my booking. It makes no sense and it's unacceptable ! When arriving at destination, they told me I had to pay an extra 5.95$ USD per day if I wanted to use my own car insurance. So at the end, I've paid double for my booking with Expedia and their NO HIDDEN FEES.
Review of careerbuilder
Career builder did not help me, while I was looking for a job. I did find one on my own I am in the IT field, which i clearly explained that to career builder, but yet in their wisdom, they sent me emails with with the subjecy Insurance salesman...what kind of inept bulls** is that?
Review of wetransfer
Ridiculously long loading times, unhelpful staff and an app that is unnecessarily over stuffed and annoying to use regardless of the device. Whenever a colleague reveals they're going to use WeTransfer to send me the work, I can feel my heart sink over the hours and hours I will lose for a download that'll probably freeze and disconnect at any moment.Complete rubbish.

Review of ups
My package has been delayed 2 days in a row on top of already being a week late even after arriving at a location near my town no movement or updates. Today is day 3 and I still have yet to receive my package or any updates whatsoever and there website only halfway functions. DO NOT USE UPS Keep in mind I am 19 M worked for everything I have since I was young put up fences to be able to afford this I’m a pretty laid back person I don’t let things bother and I now have to wait for another massively long ship time for a very expensive item because >Well they “lost” my package in there Lexington facility and I had to reach out to them after 4 days of not receiving any updates nor moving And the first women told me I needed to file a claim but there website as previously mentioned does not work and she kept trying to brush it off as a delay and I asked to speak to her supervisor about the situation and the supervisor informed me that after 10 or so minutes that they had no clue where my package was or what happened to it and that at this point they consider it lost my blood boiled and she told me to get ahold of the company I ordered it from so they could ship a new one or refund me I took the gamble hate ups at this point just want my package
