I ordered a king-size adjustable bed & mattress & received twin beds & mattress along with twin bed Manuel. I had someone to assemble it before I returned home.I had hip & back surgery and away from home for several months before I returned and realized what they were when they separated one night when I was trying to get adjusted in bed. I emailed your company and never heard from anyone. I will never order anything else from you. They definitely are twin beds because charge portals & outlets are on both sides if each bed. Plus the mattresses are horrible. I have had serious health issues since this order and just feeling good enough to send this review. Order was placed 3/5/2023. Calendar would not let be go back beyond 4/17/23. Just read reply. I have heartwood floors & they keep sliding apart. If I had known that I was getting twin beds, I would not have ordered them. Plus, they are wider than a king bed and take up extra room in my bedroom.

Customer Support and Payment options are inexcusably terrible. Once they have your CC info, they will keep charging you over and over until you "pause" or completely delete your account. The problem with this is they only allow you to "pause" your account twice and they will keep any money you've already paid for that month as opposed to allowing you to continue using your account until the next payment period. So, they are actually taking your money (because you've already paid them for an entire month) when you use their ONLY solution for the auto-renew. I understand they are trying to prevent their own site from being taken advantage of, but instead of creating a middle ground they are actually taking advantage of their customers.

I firstly bought my GoPro getting the promotion from their website (in Australia) - A$599.95: HERO10 BLACK + Free Dual Charger with spare battery + 1-year subscription...I used ZipMoney (with a pre-paid credit card) + Parcel Locker service (to avoid trouble when receiving it), but they cancelled my order but didn't cancel my GoPro subscription and the reason was: we don't ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers..Then I placed my second order as the first one was cancelled.As I was still a first-time buyer, I was expecting to have the same benefits as before (GoPro + Free charger with spare battery + Subscription).I realised after placing my order that they didn't give me the free charger, but my subscription was still available, even not paying one cent for it before.I have contacted the customer service and the lady checked with her manager if they could send the free charger at no cost (complying with their own rules) and the answer was: WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING.After 1 month, my subscription (the one that I didn't pay for initially but should be included with the price that I paid) was cancelled.Long story short: I should have paid only: A$599.95 for the GoPro with the free charger (and the spare battery) + 1-year subscription, but in fact I paid: A$599.95 (with no benefit) + A$69.99 for the subscription + A$81.00 for the charger. In total: A$750.94 -> A$150.99 more than advertised.This is misleading and SCAMMING the customers.Unfortunately, this cam is one of the bests in the market, but the customer service is beyond garbage.Don't buy from them. Choose any other partner or buy from Amazon... pay a little more but with no headaches.And apparently, they don't give a damn about what people think of them... I could see a lot of bad reviews speaking specially about the customer service... Not surprisingly they have 1.5 stars as average on Trustpilot... I have officially opened a case with NSW Fair Trading (state gov agency in Australia) to take care of it.I will go through all the possible legal paths to make them understand how to treat a customer rightly.

After months of calls, emails and letters to cancel. Clover have ignored me completely. Sending an inflated letter for termination charges that have gone from £170 to £350. I'm a small business , Clover don't care a jot! Their fees for card payments are ridiculous

Paid a lot of money for UPS service door to door, At no point there were instructions about customs documents for the destination country. It got stuck in customs for two weeks. Still paid the same price + two weeks of stogare untill we got the documents fixed.

Got hacked 4 years ago. Went though support multiple times to get it back, always the same thing.. “fill in the account information form, if you provides the correct information you’ll get your account back”. So I do, enter everything I can remember, although the personal question was now in Chinese? Everytime it failed, and like all things, with time it fades..4 years later I try again. Yet this time it’s going to be different! I arm myself with every bit of information I can muster to convince... no PROVE!! to the almighty customer support that this is my account. Equire every bit of data from msn, Skype, Facebook, screenshots, linked games, weather patterns and learned Chinese to be able to read that $%#&!@* security question. After a few curtious messages back and forth to support, eagerly I await for a reply. Surely with all the information I have provided, they can see that I am the true owner of this long lost account. “Sorry but the best course of action is to pass the validation form”.......*que sound of silence-Simon and Garfunkel**end scene-fade to black*£#@% Microsoft and their $%!##¥ support!!Side note, this actually included over 15 validation forms and 20+emails to support including a live chat session. All just telling me to complete another validation form.

Not a good experience. I expected a response directed to my genes. Don't think it's beneficial for the programming of the system to include a 1% stating it could be 1% or 0%. That is really of no value to me. Also, for the money paid I expected a breakdown by parent of my roots. Very disappointed. In addition many places on website after having the genetic testing other options come with additional cost?😞
