The extremely high products quality and absolutely hassle free collection process. On the 1st of July bought FJÄLLBRÄCKA gorgeous 12 TOG king size duvet along with matching NATTJASMIN duvet cover set and fitted sheet. Both with my wife can't enjoy a better and relaxing sleep. Absolutely delighted!

I use it for website editor and newsletter. In both cases I had huge problems with padding and margins. In particular, in the newsletter editor if you add a "Paragraph" item and then a "Layout" item and you check the mobile preview, you will see different left/right spacing on those elements, making the final result really ugly to see. To fix it I spent hours using the "Code" item. This item is bugged too, because when I use it, text in other items disappears! Finally, since I have the free account I cannot contact the support and there is no official forum. I'm really upset.

The platform is not a classic email system. We have 650 segmented lists and it handles them through a tag system. When asked for clarification we are just told to keep upgrading our plan. When it was all said and done their 'tag' system does not work for our services and we are stuck with a months bill.

There is no path to recover accounts that have lost their login credentials like their password. They found my account, but won't give me access or accept any form of verification to show that it is mine. Years of paid for content are now lost and it's their fault and their support is truly horrible and unkind.

The worse customer service ever. Honestly save yourself the trouble and book with someone else. Literally only use this company if you have money to waste. I paid in full for my rental car online and at the pick up place I was charge double in fees. When I called customer service for help, four people later over the course of two hours I still had no solution. The people were VERY rude over the phone, and I am not the type of person to escalate issues like that. They kept telling me the facts were in the contract, which even if they were, it shouldn’t take two hours for someone to tell me that...But these people were absolutely terrible. Wasted two hours of my trip at the airport only to be left with a huge bill anyways and a headache from dealing with a mess of this customer service.
