Since Ive been with shopify I have had non stop issues. You speak to their very nice customer service people who say they will email you and take care of the issue then they ignore all follow up emails!!Ive been paying a subscription fee for 6 months and NONE of the 6 issues Ive had have been fixed. I called for the millionth time today to speak to a supervisor/manager and inquire about a refund for the months I have been unable to go live due to these unfixed issues and I told there is NO ONE I can speak to, just the customer service rep who doesnt get back to me EVER!!! Now I will take this legally as I have been paying for a service yet I haven't been able to use it due to non stop issues which aren't addressed or fixed! STAY AWAY from the con artists that are shopify, they are the worst thieving company I have ever seen in my life!

I have used Rover several times successfully to find people who could take care of my dog when I traveled. I always found very good possibilities near my home, and the people wer3 terrific. It was easy to use Rover, and I have recommended Rover to friends who have pets.

I've used Mailchimp consistently for the past year without any issue and really like the platform. However, I have recently been locked out of my account for reasons unknown. I have tried to contact customer support to no prevail. I don't know whats happened with MailChimp. Without these recent issues, I would highly recommend, however I have now moved to another platform with no issue as of yet.

I stay at a IHG property quite often. Last weekend, I booked a stay and was recognized at check in as a gold elite member. I’ve been gold for quite a while. Today, I booked a two night stay for this weekend and my status has been changed to silver! No explanation or reason. Called customer service and was given the runaround. How in the world can I backslide in less than 7 days?! Hilton and Bonvoy will now be my preferred hotels. Never an issue with their rewards program. Do better IHG!

Gmail has an odd glitch, that a period in the email does not matter. They all lands on the same inbox. But due to this, I ended having an odd dual accounts Groupon understands as separate accounts. One of them never functions as it does not show in the apps, even I paid for. Groupon team insists that they gave Refund, and refuse other actions, but if I cannot use it, same as refusing refund. I had to buy exactly the same thing twice just because I already made appointments. Please, refund them and don't pretend that is refunded knowingly that never works. Please, help.

This site used to be good but now it fails both customers and sellers. I'm a seller. The biggest problem for me are the huge fees that are taken by third party sellers, especially when you are doing business with Europe. I don't do business with Europe anymore because it simply doesn't make any economic sense.

I am giving my feedback on the Spam filter in Outlook. It is poor and needs more work on it. I am very diligent when it comes to sorting out Spam from my emails. I have created so many "Rules" and they do not work. Outlook needs to do better with their Spam filter. It should be intuitive enough to stop the Spam from even arriving into my mailbox. Hence I give Outlook one star.

Typical braindead Microsoft BS!Some of the most fundamental features like seeing a sender's email address without having to open their email either don't exist, or are buried in the millions of settings under a different name. Reminds me of the time when I made an email account for my dad and because it was his first one with no backup email, they sent the code to unlock that account to the inbox of that account.Or the time when my Microsoft Windows keyboard stopped working cause it was "no longer supported" in the latest Windows update.If they didn't have a monopoly, nobody would waste their time on this rtard company.

On 30 december in the chat they lied about deleting my account, I never got the confirmation they said I would get. And now doing a account deletion via email is difficult. Broadcom is hoping I forget or give up.Its 16 may and they responded and I got a confirmation email, they're finally deleting my account. It's 21 may and I got a email that it's finally deleted.
