Review of squareup
When our scheduling program announced that they were going to only function with about three choices for credit card processing, we were not happy. We love Acuity and certainly didn't want to be forced into a processor that was expensive just because they made a deal with one another. We did a lot of research and ended up choosing Square despite the additional expense over what we had been paying with Authorize(dot)net/Total Merchant Concepts. Since the change, I will say that Square is VERY friendly and easy to use. I also like that they just take the fees before the deposit is made rather than me getting a large bill/draft once a month for hundreds or thousands of dollars. My one complaint is that there is no room for mistakes and you get charged when a customer makes a mistake...in our case they made two back to back. We got charged on the two charges immediately, got charged two more times refunding the mistake, and got charged two more times when they made the correct payments. When en error is caught immediately, there is absolutely no reason that can't be waived or corrected before it settles. This is a money grab by a company that I otherwise have come to like despite my initial hesitation. Previous processors allow you to void or refund before it settles to avoid just that type of mistake. The result of being charged six huge fees for two classes put us operating in the red, it's already hard out here for small business but this is the big guys taking advantage of the little guys who are forced to do business with them.
Review of newscientist
I have been a New Scientist fan for years. With the arrival of the Internet, I understand that quality journalism and research is massively under threat. Therefore, I have started to subscribe to various publications. I cancelled New Scientist, because I kept being logged out of my phone. This made my subscription useless. Even worse, I contacted support via email to make the cancellation. I was told that it had been done. A year later, I find out that they have been continually taking my money. Guess what? They have no records of the email exchange - so no refund. Disgusting.UPDATE - I have now received an email that my new subscription service has started, and the direct debit will start taking money on Oct. WHAT??? GO AWAY AND STOP TAKING MY MONEY!!!

Review of kayak
We searched for a rental car through Kayak. They pointed me to a rental car company call Nu car rental through a secondary site "econonybookings.com" Both the rental car company and the secondary site "bait & switched" the rental and then point at each other offering no support. Why use Kayak to find disreprutal companies if you are wanting to cause yourself pain and cost it would be easier to do a random search using your SSN or maybe a Facebook purchase. The value for sites like Kayak is confidence in the search and support. NONE of which you will find here.

Review of ups
I would give them zero stars if I could. Waiting for a package that was out for delivery and then suddenly changed to business closed will attempt delivery on Tuesday. Not only was our business open but I talked with our local delivery driver who told me it was not on his truck and there was no way it was attempted to be delivered by 10 am as they don’t even get to our town until around noon. After five attempts at customer service I gave up. Now I have to scramble to find a replacement product for our business. Will not order from anyone who ships with UPS if I know that’s who they use.
Review of Microsoft
It seems that this company's computers are the only computers that get viruses. I thought Internet Explorer was bad then they introduced the Edge browser. Viruses can be introduced into the browser and this happens regularly. I have purchased two Microsoft computers and both of them have developed viruses. The second computer within less than two months of purchase. I visited the store down here but they don't repair computers, they only sell computers. The manufacturer of the seller will not take any action because it is a software problem. Thank heavens I have a Chromebook because it does not get viruses.
Review of haufe

Review of crocs
Crocs say their shoes are true to size. They are not. I ordered 8 my size, then returned and order 7 and they were still too big. I paid for all this return shipping, They made labels that didn't work and then blamed me.They are not with the Better Business Bureau and if you search for reviews, you will see lots of negative reviews that I am so sorry I missed before dealing with this Crocs company. Over $5.75 with receipt shipping that was to be free, they were willing to lose my business and receive this review. Melissa at Crocs was who I dealt with.
Review of zara
I usually don't shop at Zara because of the low quality, but I needed a cheap coat. This store was in the Eaton's Centre in Toronto.1. The smokey-tinted mirrors were too dark to see the coat on me. 2. The fitting rooms at a long line.3. The new self-checkout asked for my phone number and postal code in order to get a ticket to prove my identity! Heck no. I waited in line for a person. Terrible experience. How are they still in business?
Review of logitech
I had a good experience on this website and received the product quickly. The customer service could do better to my opinion: previously the product was written as "out of stock", with the possibility to be informed of restocking by giving your mail but it doesn't work, you don't receive any notification. Then I asked the customer service, I filled the french form for that. They answer in english (no problem for me but generally international companies answer in the language of the contact form). They say they have no idea about restocking. A few days latter, the product was back in stock. Generally, companies know about restocking 1-2 weeks in advance
Review of lenovo
WASTE OF MONEY!Screen casing and hinge started falling apart after 5 months. Did internet trawl and they are notorious for poor quality. Look at Reddit and YouTube! Wish I'd looked at those before buying! John Lewis sold it and refuse to refund! They're just as bad! A repair would be as valuable as polishing a t*rd!!!

I called the complaints department and was helped by Muttaqui. What a fine human being. I let him know my issues (deactivating Optus before they had even sent our new SIMs) and not being able to change my contact number for the NBN technicians to contact me. He listened and had empathy towards our circumstance. Then when we were disconnected he called me back. 10/10 on customer service.
Review of Facebook
I have been using Facebook Ads for over 5 years, spending tens of millions of dollars on the platform. However, I am now facing a horrible experience that has completely destroyed my trust in Facebook.1️⃣ Account Locked Without Explanation – My profile account was suddenly locked for no reason. I tried to verify it multiple times, but every attempt only resulted in an error message or a blank page.2️⃣ Zero Customer Support – Since February 9, I have reached out to Facebook many times, yet no one has responded. It has been over 10 days, and I still have no idea why my account is locked. No email, no chat support, nothing.3️⃣ Facebook Is Still Charging Me Thousands – Even though I cannot access my account, Facebook is still withdrawing hundreds of thousands of dollars from my bank. How is this even legal when I have no control over my ads?📌 What am I supposed to do when Facebook’s entire support team has ghosted me? A billion-dollar company that relies on advertisers should at least have basic customer service.🚨 WARNING: If you rely on Facebook Ads for your business, BE CAREFUL! If anything goes wrong, you will be left completely helpless.⭐ Rating: 1/5 👎👎👎
