Dishonest Renewal Practices – Zoom Will Trap You Without Warning

Zoom operates with extremely questionable renewal practices that every customer should be aware of.I purchased a 12-month subscription with no intention to renew. Zoom failed to send any renewal reminder, automatically attempted to charge me again without notice (breaching UK/EU consumer law), and refused multiple cancellation requests — even though no payment was successful, and no services were used.Their support team repeats the same scripted excuses and hides behind vague “fairness” arguments, ignoring their own Terms of Service which allow termination for nonpayment after 5 days. Instead of fixing the issue, they prioritize squeezing customers into unwanted, unpaid renewals to protect their own profits.This is not how ethical businesses operate.I am taking my complaint to Citizens Advice, the Consumer Ombudsman, and other regulatory authorities.If you value transparency, fairness, and customer service — stay away from Zoom.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. Having bought my daughter in law trousers and jacket for Christmas, there wasn't any extended return date, leaving only 5 days to return the items. Unfortunately she was admitted to hospital and had to under go a emergency operation, so was unable to try the clothes and return them in time. The store will no longer accept on line returns, exchanges or even offer a gift voucher. On line customer service will not answer my emails, and the telephone number no longer exits. Being a regular customers I will not be buying from them again in the future.

Horrendous customer service

I ordered a purse to be delivered to my daughters house for my wife for Christmas, it was shipped to a neighbor. The door dash deliver girl stole the item as proven by the Ring camera video. Macy’s is going to reship to the WRONG ADDRESS, and will not change the address or cancel it and give a refund. The worst customer service I have ever had and that includes cable companies and WalMart!

Sorry but really disappointed in…

Sorry but really disappointed in Anthropologie's return policy. Not only do I have to pay the return costs, I cannot return to a shop in NL because the Amsterdam shop closed so I need to send to UK which means I will also have to pay custom charges as well .This should be mentioned on their site before people order. Unfortunately I will not be using the Anthropologie online store again.

Please I’m writing this review. To tell each one of user that instagram is now the worsted versions of itself so should stop using for some good reason cus no matter how healthy investment you’ve got. Someone’s gonna seat down take all. I’ve been a good user since. But unfortunately Instagram banned my account. Reason you just waken up damn your artist profile is gone. But imagine how heavily you’ve come now year, you’ve never go against it’s rule and terms but why, so heartless my three year investigation gone. Imagine you’ve got a million followers and you woken up, to see your account gone. This is the best time to think, pls go for something else. I’ve started X I guess this where I have to push my ads for my product…so painfully I have to start again 🥹😭😭😥
