Most of the time i write review on capterra but i didn't get any reward and i also wanting 3 week but still i didn't get any reward from capterra may be is that fake or any other issue there i didn't get any reward or respond from capterra i am very disheart so sad.

I just bought a patio swing. The order clearly says swing with cushions and pillows. The shipment came without cushion and pillows. When I informed them about mission parts, initially I was told that I was supposed to get two packages and since I got only one, they are tracking the other package and will get back to me. Two days later, they informed me by an e-mail that swing comes without cushion and pillows and I can buy them separately. I sent them a copy of my order that clearly states that my order includes them and they should send me those without paying any extra.. I am waiting for a response.

Well Fargo sold our mortgage to a bottom feeder mortgage company, "Mr. Cooper" (formerly Morningstar). We didn't find out until six months later. Meanwhile, "Mr. Cooper" put a bunch of bogus stuff on our credit report. Now we have to clean it up and get another mortgage, because the business model of "Mr. Cooper" is to screw up your escrow account and then foreclose on your house for the mistakes they made!After treating and A-1 customer like me in such a manner, I wouldn't give Wells Fargo any business. They have abdicated any right to claim they're a legitimate bank.

Less than impressed with the Logitech C270 HD webcam and Logitech customer support. The webcam colour is terrible and I didn't find the limited support documents helpful. I went online for extra help via live chat. After waiting to be connected to an agent with no response, I asked if anyone was there. They replied 5 minutes later that they were busy at the moment and would get back to me shortly. That was 30 minutes ago... I'm still waiting.

Before our trip to Milan, Italy I looked for things to do and see. One was the Brera museum. Get Your Guide came up with ticket prices which I believed also included audio for $40.50 for 2 tickets.When we got to the museum the price there was 15 Euro each. We got no audio.After asking Get Your Guide why the price gouge they said, there was an app I could download on my phone for a map of Milan. What a scam. Do NOT use Get Your Guide. Might try another that doesn't lie and take your money for nothing.

Just saw a video ou how you treat your staff, by firing them without an explanation or plausible cause. Cannot even provide evidence when firing an employee under the premises of bad performance just because your stock is going down and you need to make it look profitable to the shareholders.

Many great products, but so woke they promote BLM and anti-police messages in their newsletters and on their website. Very disappointing they can’t just run their business. I recommend Sparkfun for similar products without their political views being forced on their customers.
