I used to have a facebook account for a long time. I deleted due to the constant violations they kept giving me due to political posts even though what I was saying was true! Needless to say it's been years since I had an account. My daughter recently asked me to get back on, so I did! No political posts just me being me comical. Not even two days and they suspended my account! No violations, no warnings.....NOTHING! I will not appeal and should have stayed off because I knew they are garbage! Never again!

How the US could allow a 3rd world platform like this to be publicly traded on the stock exchange I fail to understand - I guess pretty much how other causes in the same places are being supported at any cost?Not worth bothering with these people. It's the origin of many scams and cybersecurity problems.

Used the Uber app to try and order pizza. Account was locked when I tried to pay for it, for no reason. Literally the first time I tried to order any food on the app. Support is non existant. Totally avoid.

I have requested on many occasions that the renewal of the service not be carried out automatically to a higher plan, since this is not what I as a client have contracted, they also charge an amount not authorized by me.This is the main reason why I am working on migrating to another service.I have to be asking for reimbursement at all times and at some point they have not wanted to apply it to me because the plan that they themselves have put on me without asking me for authorization has consumed part of it.It is a shame that an administrative issue is the one that distances customers from an excellent platform service and from all the work done by the technical development and platform team.

Our driver arrived 45 minutes after he picked up the food from a restaurant they was 5 minutes away and we called to check up in him and he had little sympathy for a mistake he made. The food was cold and I lost my appetite after eating cold pat Thai and Korean BBQ meatballs I would definitely not have high hopes for this service and don’t be surprised if your shows up late or cold or both!

If I could give a zero I would. I’m in healthcare and it’s really hard to sign up for a free pair. 2 hour difference have to keep looking for link at 8 (10 ET). I’m in line once the link is open then I get kicked out. Customer service doesn’t help won’t reply to emails. Not very accommodating. Who knows if one healthcare worker is getting multiple pairs. Should be a pair per person.

The worst service ever in Europe

After 5 years living in Germany, I would say that Vodafone serves the worst service that I have ever experienced. I was tortured by their service in the last 6 months. Almost hundred of emails back and forth but they can’t fix the issues. The issue is that: - I signed a contract in January 2022, with a monthly payment of 39,99 euro. In the contract, it said that I should pay from the 7th month. But in fact that they charged me from the 2nd month. - They explained that their employees mistakenly signed me a wrong contract for the people unter 27, while I am 29. 🤣 So they automatically charged me extra money for their employees’ faults - After SOOOO many emails and calls, I agreed with an offer from them to switch to another tariff. - Every time I asked them to confirm about the condition of the new tariff, they ended up calling me to explain, but not reply through email… - They still withdraw the wrong amount after hundred of mails + calls 🤐 I am really exhausted and frustrated of their super terrible service. I even have a feeling that this is a scam 😡🤯 Please let me know if you have the same experience like me. P.s: if I am able to give you minus star, I would love to do that, Vodafone. Your service is SOOO terrible and I run out of patience with you, indeed 🤷🏻‍♀️

Absolute scumbags locked my account for no reason and blocked my iPhone 14 Tried to speak to someone to resolve this issue with just template emails sent back. There is better platforms than Snapchat now anyway so you’re a hasbeen so I’m not bothered about being banned just unblock this device so I can sell it.
