I purchased a jacket from Vogue-Kildare in late November. My brother had a similar one and I loved it. I didn't realize at the time the clothes were coming from China. I live in the US and had a friend bring me the jacket (my husband's Xmas gift). It was tiny with no size label. I had ordered a 2XL figuring European sizes run small. When I contacted them, they basically gave me some options. They could send me another one if I paid shipping or just refund me 20% to go away. I decided on buying another one. I've emailed them twice since with my decision-no response. Initially, I thought I was ordering an Irish-made jacket. If I had known it was coming from Asia, I wouldn't have bought it. Just a caution to Irish customers, please reconsider purchasing goods from companies like this. They are scammers. Clothing from China has destroyed the American textile industry. European manufacturers cannot compete with these prices. You know nothing of where they're made or how much people are paid to make them. The U.S. once had a thriving textile industry. No more. I'd hate to see Ireland end up the same way.

I bought a Dell Alienware X17 with Excel and Word as an add on feature in June of 2022 and received on 8-20-22. On day one of receiving the laptop I unboxed the machine and turned on the laptop to see a choppy image the Alienware logo was jumping up and down the screen and blinking on and off. Called support, they asked me to Connect to an external monitor, the problem did not carry over to the external monitor. So on day one I was told they would send a tech out with a new screen. On day three tech arrived with new screen, installed and turned on with the issues still present. So had to send in the laptop, but first I had to set up the lap top so I could set up the password and bitlockers…. Really! And I found out that the excel and word programs were not installed on my machine and I would have to download them myself but they already said I had it so I couldn’t download it again… After getting the laptop back I had half the lights working on the back and no excel or word now one month later after an update I now have another issue with yet a blinking screen. I am being told now that I have to send in the laptop for another servicing… so $2,100 in and I have a lemon for a laptop and Dell doesn’t care as long as I send in my payments they will allow me to hang out to dry. To date I’ve had two major issues, no use of excel/word programs I have purchased, and the features are not working as they should. If you are looking for a laptop, Dell is not the brand I would recommend. Knowing what I know now… I would go with anyone else other than Dell… ANYONE!

I know now for sure that I was mistaken to give them more than two chances to proof that not all their customer service people are horrible! But it is a fact. Had my hair hi lighted in Allentown,Pa by Theresa. And cut, style. She was listed as senior stylist. The color hi lights were not the blonde I asked for ( much too dark) when she cut my hair she used a razor. I have medium length hair. I told her I never had a razor cut before but she’s the senior stylist. I trusted her judgement. Then she proceeded to say I’m going to thin your hair out a little bc it’s thick. I’ve never had my hair thinned out before. Before she put the color hi lights on my hair, she never did a patch test. Subsequently, for months my hair was falling out in large handfuls. I went back to Ulta 5 different times to speak with her and she was never in. The rest of the operators shunned me off. One told me she didn’t work there anymore but her operating license was still hanging at her station. I contacted Ulta main corporate office 6 weeks ago with this issue. Wanted a refund for that service. NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME AT ALL. I went to another specialist who had to cut my hair much shorter to even out the sheared split ends to see if my hair will grow back thicker again. If I could I would go to small claims court and sue them for the damages done to my hair. Loss of sleep bc I was so upset. Coated hair bands and scrunches literally fall right out of my very very short ponytail. I’m washing my hair with thickening shampoo and conditioner and taking vitamins for hair and nails

The Cashier was Drunk on the job!Not only was she drunk but she was very rude and seemed to not want to be working!Told me that they were out of stock when a manager had to come. The manager Sarah joked around saying it was her first day when then the cashier had said she's worked for the company for over a year! The managers should be embarrassed at how their employees treat customers ! The cashiers name was Michaela - receipt said Cameron. Reeked of alcohol ! I would highly suggest another tractor supply other than the Covington location! Sarah laughed it off.
