I too found accounts selling cp and they didn't do anything for my first report, then they banned me when I followed up on the ticket. I don’t like what I'm seeing or hearing from others with similar encounters finding accounts with child p*rn so I'm done using the site.

It's absolutely amazing how this company is still in business selling laptops considering the options available today.I placed an order for a YOGA 910 on Nov 23, listed waiting time 4-5 weeks. I was ok with that.A week later i see the same laptop listed "ships today" "Only 15 left".I call the service number and simply ask, if you guys have them in stock just ship my old order as well...no, that's not possible of course, I was advised I need to cancel the order and place a new to take advantage of the "ship today". So I do on the 28th.Guess what? id did not ship that day or the next day, order status is "ready to ship December 7"I call again, same runaround, nothing they can do. What a joke!
