I would not even give AbeBooks 1 star except that in order to leave a review, I had to put in a star in order to initiate the process of leaving a review. I had an awful experience with these shysters. I had ordered a beautiful coffee table book for a good chunk of money and after a month where they would not give me a tracking #, they finally did send a tracking number and the item that I received was a coloring book!! I complained several times and never received one answer. I will never, ever order from these thieves again!

For the most part, the surveys are excellent. I do have a problem at times when there is a question that gives you no choice to say no. I can't think of a specific instance but, for example you ask did you like our product. If you answer no, the next question asks what you liked/ or how you felt about the product. There would be no answer to say you didn't like it; only positive type answers. When this happens I have no choice but to mark a response that is not accurate which in turn skews the results of the survey.

Fix the volume issue of the ads/commercials so that the volume isn't so much louder than the show being watched. It's extremely annoying to have to keep adjusting the volume every time an ad comes on to turn it down then turn it back to where you had it when the show resumes.

Hulu is a serious disappointment. For a high cost you get kicked off the platform with a simple task such as rewinding a show. Not to mention that when you do rewind something you obviously want to see, hence rewinding, Hulu skips straight through the show you rewound. I have also had multiple app errors that could only be fixed by deleting and reinstalling the Hulu app. This week alone I have had to reinstall their app three times. I used Hulu years ago and couldn’t remember why I switched but this brief stint has catapulted me straight back to YouTube. I am shocked at Hulu for charging high rates as if they were a premium platform but quite the contrary. I think they are cruising on a Disney ship and think that is enough to keep them from falling. I am out.

Not only that I paid for fees all this time and I have sold many things but customer services are rude and not helpful. They made a mistake of double refunding the buyer so they took the money from my account to then tell mw that I should make buyer buy my coat again so I can get that money back and that I should wait for a week. Again not my mistake it is a mistake from Depop team so why should I be waiting? You also partnered with unreliable delivery company so ofc the items I sent will be lost. Anyways I will be switching to Vinted for sure. Bye and thanks for nothing!

AWFUL! DO NOT BUY THEIR ONLINE GIFT VOUCHERS! One month ago I ordered an online gift voucher to be recieved via email. In short, never received the voucher, have been in touch with ASOS about 6 times since and still to receive voucher or refund. Fobbed off by ‘Managers’ and no response from their ‘Specialist’ team regarding the refund. So I’m out of pocket with no real view to receiving a refund or resolution so it’s literally money disappeared! Please do not use!!
