My niece had a baby girl and named her Layla. I purchased a framed picture of the album cover, Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs for her first birthday. Even though she won't "understand" the gift now, my hope is that she will have it forever and take it with her wherever she calls home. I love how it came out. Done very well and good quality. I would order from Fine Art America in the future, no questions asked!

When ordering, it said 2-3 weeks delivery time. Yesterday the 3 weeks had passed, and still no computer. It's quite confusing to figure out the shipping date. Because when logging in to check my order, they change the expected shipping date every single day (changed 14 times so far).However, they've also sent me an e-mail saying that my new estimated shipping date is 27th of June. If that holds, they've more than doubled the waiting time from 2-3 weeks, to 7 weeks.About a week or so after placing the order, I called them about the delay being shown on my order page. They assured me that they still planned to ship it after the 2-3 weeks. However, the next day they sent me the e-mail about delay to 7 weeks.So if you are in need of a laptop, don't order here. The delivery estimates are seemingly random. I hope the laptop is good, whenever I eventually get it.

Terrible customer service at this company. I can now see why this company fails to attract new users to its platform because they fail on all counts to help the same people that give them revenues. I looked up their put option contracts and thinking about buying some, but not sure.
