Would give minus 5 stars if I could. Customer service is beyond dreadful - lack of communication is unacceptable. I’m on the verge of reporting them to the trading standards and similar bodies based on this experience. They are aware my package was not delivered after an investigation (took over a week to confirm this) they can’t provide proof of delivery and now do not respond on any of the 3 platforms I’ve been in touch with them on. You get passed from person to person and nobody has any idea what is happening. I’m now lots of money down with zero attempt to fix this. If Zara want to reach out they can do so for ORDER NO. 54228217382.

I called in for an increase in my credit limit and allowed them to run a hard strike on my credit because I have a great FICO score in the 700s, I never missed a payment, and last year I reported my taxes in the high earners bracket making 6 figures. They asked what my annual or month income is and I went with the monthly base amount since I am in sales and my income is variable month to month. I did this to play it safe in my opinion rather than making an annual amount up that I don't know what it will be until next years taxes. The ran the hard strike and increased my credit limit to $1k, which doesn't make a difference and all that to go through their entire process. They said with a soft credit check they could increase my limit to $1k and I thought I'd be able to get at least a $5k or $10k credit limit increase once they ran the hard strike BUT IT MADE NO DIFFERENCE. They lead you down a blind road. They are unable to tell you how many points your credit score will drop with the hard credit check. I'm finically responsible and have been a customer for over a decade and there are ABSOLUTELY no benefits. This is enough for me to take my business else where and was just the nudge I needed.

Saturday night was the first time I had ordered from Uber eats. I ordered meals for my 2 grandsons and myself at McDonald's, the driver was absolutely ridiculous, he had no clue what he was doing, he never dropped off our meals, left and returned to the shop, came back apparently but after we all went downstairs at tge main door and waited for him to come, again he didn't turn up. Where he went it sure not back to the shop as they told us he never returned, I was absolutely fuming, I paid for extra items to give the boy's a treat, bless them they were starving. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded back to my account. After all that I did use Uber again at KFC, luckily that turned up, as I needed to feed the boy's. But that's it never again.

Politifact are the kind of organisation one would expect in the former USSR or dare it say it Nazi Germany. So much so that they once had to claim they were providing " opinions " as opposed to actual factual information in a court of law in Dec 2021.

Totally NOT worth the aggravation! I can get as good a deal and WAY better customer service elsewhere. Off shore customer service is notoriously horrible and Macy's is no different. If they ever need to know why they are in financial distress, I will be glad to explain...

Bunch of thieves. They do not acknowledge basic consumer rights, should not be allowed to sell direct to this country when they take no responsibility for items once they leave their possession. They had the cheek to say your contract is with UPS who have lost item not us once it leaves our warehouse. No my contract is with you and you are in breach of contract as UPS have lost and failed to Deliver. Their pathetic offer of compensation was a 20% discount code if I spend more money with them. No I will not spend any more of my precious cash with you. They are refusing to refund unless they get the product returned. I can not return a product that has not been delivered. They have refused to contact or chase UPS saying it is nothing to do with them. They refuse to refund or contact UPS to recall item so they can refund. They are an infuriating company to deal with. They are a pathetic excuse of a company, If I could give zero I would.

Ebay customer service sucks on almost every level. If you have an issue and it is a simple question, they have an automated help that has precanned answers. there is no place to directly reach out when the system screws up. you are up a creek.

I was a customer with Capital One for two years, maintaining a 100% payment history and never missing a payment. Recently, I went on vacation and used my credit cards, planning to pay off the balance as soon as I returned. I always kept my balance around 30%. On the 6th, I made a payment (which was not due yet) to avoid going over my credit limit. However, on the 8th, scammers stole money from the debit card I used to make that payment, and the payment was reversed. As a result, my credit card went $30 over the limit.Capital One immediately closed all my credit cards, and when I called for help, I received no assistance. No one took the extra step to investigate the situation or help a responsible customer resolve the issue. I was simply told, "Sorry, nothing we can do." They ruined my credit history over a $30 overdraft, even though I paid off the balance just three days later.In frustration, I called one of their managers a derogatory name. Instead of helping me resolve my issue, they took that time to write and send me a letter stating that they do not tolerate offensive language. So, their policy is to ruin a customer’s credit history over a $30 overdraft, and they find time to send a letter about what language they don’t tolerate but they don’t find time to actually help the customer. It's clear to me that Capital One prioritizes enforcing policies over actually helping their customers in situations like mine.

1Password is a mistake for me. It interferes with all of my sign ins that are auto filled by Safari. It puts a big box in from of the already filled in sign on demanding that I fill in my 1Password sign in, which is a step that I don't need to do since my sign in data is already filled in. 1Password8 has never worked for me and would not transfer data from 1Password 7 which is what I am currently using. When I log in to 1Password7 I receive constant alerts that I have duplicated my password and that I should change it. The problem is that 1Password7 duplicated all of the logins when I converted from 1Password6. Bottom line is I am tired of getting the one password login box on top of my logins which again have already been auto filled by Safari

I wanted to write a review for a Cart that was delivered; however, the review on the TSC website reviews the product HAHA.The fact that the cart shipped in a box that was SOAKED and the hub, wheel bearings and axle were RUSTED are the problems I have, the product has yet to be tested. Ordered on a Sunday for same day, recieved damaged goods. They JUST picked it up 3 days later with no exchange and now want me to PAY FOR DELIVERY? Are you kidding me?/?I am sooo pissed off...
