I had to file a complaint with the Office of Attorney General, State of Alabama, in order to get a RETURN CALL!! File a complaint, the form is on line, I filed June 22, 2018, I had a full refund for the defective part by August 6, 2018. Trying to buy Local!

I went to Lowe’s to purchase a microwave and asked about the 30 day warranty. The Sales Associate told me if I purchased with a Lowe’s card its covered for 30 days. Any other payment I have 48 hours. This microwave was to be installed in 10 days by my contractor when he put in the new kitchen. I do not want another card so basically Lowe’s doesn’t care if we buy local or not. Amazon received my order for this item.

THEY ARE IGNORING PEOPLE AND TAKING MONEY AND NOT FIXING THE PROBLEMS. WILL NEVER PURCHASE A GAME MADE BY UBISOFT AGAIN. THEY EVEN MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO TRY AND TALK OR EMAIL THEM BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - DO NOT USE!

I moved to ShipStation thinking that using the service would make my life easier... what a mistake that was! Setup was easy enough, however since then we constantly get errors or things going wrong with the import of our orders from Shopify (e.g. the weights not being imported correctly, the addresses not being imported correctly). This means we then have to check and amend all the orders manually each day giving us more work to do than we'd started with!CUSTOMER SERVICES IS USELESS! We've contacted the customer service team asking them to fix the bugs/glitches in their system, but so far they haven't. They are slow to respond (3-4 days is typical) and when they do respond they rarely provide any useful information or a fix to the problem.I wish we'd never started with ShipStation. If you're considering using them then my strong advice is to avoid!

I've been very happy with Freshdesk. As a customer support manager it has played a vital role in being able to quickly pull reports, manage queues and agent performance. I am looking forward to the new analytics and we hope to add chat to our support channels in the near future.
