Some things are super outdated. I'd really like the option to customize order receipts from my order forms. Also...there are often glitches in payment processing. Refunds are a nightmare. On the plus side, the campaign builder is really useful. In response to your reply...we do use Infusionsoft payments and that is what makes refunds a nightmare. Plus...everytime we hop on with support we're given a different answer about how to handle things. Support is often not helpful. :(
Review of alamy
A ton of rules and confusion loading and tagging and then they don't pay the photographer once a picture is purchased. I have a thousand pictures online and 3 have sold for a measly 15.00 and they will not pay out for this in over 3 years because you have to make a specified amount before they let go of your money and hold on to all of your photos that they sell for pennies. It is a truely shameful experience.

Review of unity3d
Unity seem to be leading the way for the recent slew of fake cash games for mobile, designed to takeover your phone with ADS (as in, hundreds of ADS) and refuse payment !!! A new type of scam, like all scams leave the same old bad taste in the mouth, they don't steal your deposit, they steal your TIME and BAN the withdrawal. Banning the withdraw is very oldhat but I think wasting your time so they profit off of you watching the same tired advertisements, is completely unforgivable and psychopathic to make you believe your earning money, instead you earn the developer money and they rob your effortAs companies strive to make it ever more difficult to commit credit card fraud, in these UNITY fake cash games, it's much easier to steal your time using the legitimate path of advertising to gain profit than risk moving around stolen money that leaves a bread trail...Scams of any kind are always going to be underpinned by finding a new way to commit theft that is anonymous, taking advantage of the fact that time is not identifiable, but the victim being lied to, deceived and manipulated IS identifiable... And the scam app itself always has a name!SHAME on Unity for not VETTING these fake cash games. The general Public suffers enough as it is. I lost sleep over this nonsenseWe NEED a publicly available petition to file a lawsuit against Unity for not vetting developers end-product nor scrutiny of the code that prevents cash out.Don't tell us your games are able to make money when instead they steal time and lead to disappointment.

Review of google
I've always had a lot of love for Google, despite what others have said, but renaming the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America, because an immature man-baby said it's now called that, shows that they are part of the problem and not part of the solution.

Review of edx
I completed edX's Online Teaching and Learning Strategies course. It was awful and I learned nothing. The course content is little to nothing. Many pages were bullet points of best-practices with no explanation or extension. The course format was the same throughout all 9 modules: Introduction - instructor 30 sec video (which she read from a folded piece of paper) - discussion - summary. It was a waste of time and money.

My experience with return multiple orders within one package has been problematic. On three occasions returns were not fully refunded. I contacted the customer services, fair to them who were helpful, I was able to receive 2 out of the 3 missing refunds. After the 2nd time I took a picture of the contents of my package, including the note with order no &sku. I sent the photo now waiting for ‘investigation’ to get the 3rd back - hopefully. After reading many reviews here with missing refunds I can’t help suspecting someone in their warehouse may have done something deliberately! I hope Uniqlo monitor/manage its warehouse better, so such will not happen again! I personally like the brand, particularly some of the collaborations, but have to order online to try on, this inevitably results in returns.Update: I managed to resolve my issue with return, gave them some suggestions on how to improve the process. Now I have a new missing return, they seem to have new protocol in place, asking many questions, most of them redundant as all in the online order! Specifically I was asked to provide scans of evri receipt both sides! Again this is completely unnecessary as their system already registered collected from parcel shop! I fear their manage of returns is not getting better, only make more demands most of them completely unnecessary, it’s simply irritating! I’ll definitely try not to shop there unless I’m sure of no return!

Sony lost its customer due to longer waiting times if support is needed. Extremely terrible customer service. 🤮🤮. Would like to move to Samsung and XBOX for future electronics. Lost another customer as you guys have no respect for consumers time.
Review of newscientist
Same as the majority of the reviewers, I signed up to the trial offer expecting paper copies of the magazine delivered to me.When I realized that I was only given access to the online version, I emailed them asking how much it'd be to upgrade to the print version. They switched it for me straight away, no questions asked. Considering I was only inquiring, I thought it was suspiciously easy at the time but hey, that's what I was after.I realized my gut feeling was right when I checked my bank balance a few days later and realised they'd charged me £65 for the joy! I had in no way agreed to that charge in my communication with them so I emailed them straight away asking for an explanation and a refund. This happened over a week ago and despite me chasing this payment once already, all I've had was a few robotic responses back and no real timeline given for when I can expect to see it.Never would have thought the operation behind this publication was so terrible. Avoid if possible
Review of discogs
Some idiot wrote my real name on a CD without my permission and used my record on this CD. Now my name is clearly visible for everyone in the world wide web and I can be associated with this CD. Discogs says that they can not delete my name out of their database, because it is their task to index everything like on the record. It is not even possible to get the last name starred out (X***). Have you people from Discogs thought about that you could destroy the future of people with this behaviour?
Review of uber
I ordered an uber taxi and after paying and waiting 12 minutes for it to find a driver i received a message saying no driver found try again. I did try again and the same result. The money was refunded ok. I then ordered from a local taxi company who arrived within 5 minutes and were cheaper than uber. I wont waste my time in future with uber.

Review of hotels
I checked out of the Holiday Inn a day early. I spoke to the desk clerk and she advised me that she could not refund my day and it would have to be done by hotels.com and advise me to call them. I checked out and call hotels.com. I spoke to a female who stated that she had called the Holiday Inn front desk and advised that she would have to wait until the manager came in at 1 PM to have the day refunded. I called Holiday Inn back and she stated that she did not talk to anyone from hotels.com and there was no manager coming in that day. After 2 PM I called hotels.com back and spoke to Mel who had me on hold for over 30 minutes and alleged that he was on hold with the Holiday Inn front desk. I called the Holiday Inn front desk from a separate number and the desk clerk answered the phone immediately. She stated that she had not been called from anyone from hotels.com. I had Mel on the loudspeaker and he alleged that he had to get a waiver from the Holiday Inn to refund the day. The Holiday Inn clerk stated that they do not do waivers and that the refund was completely up to hotels.com. I asked Mel why he was giving me false information and he tried to question me about why I checked out which I did not have to answer to him and terminated the call because he was not providing accurate information.
