Review of elementor
I moved to Elementor Hosting several months ago from WP Engine, thinking it made sense since I use the Elementor Pro plugin to build websites for myself and my clients. What a mistake that was!Since switching, I’ve faced constant issues: server outages, bizarre caching problems that rendered one of my site’s pages unusable (despite support insisting everything was fine!), missing basic functionality such as the ability to back up staging sites, and painfully slow server response times. The customer service has been equally poor. Support agents struggle to grasp issues quickly, argue that problems are not actually problems, gloss over problems clearly caused by the hosting itself, and have even been condescending—despite being clearly in the wrong.I have tried to have a call or actual conversation with someone from their support team to discuss all these issues together, rathe than through their ticketing system, but I was told no one would have a conversation with me. I even found their customer feedback email (feedback at support.elementor.com) from other Trust Pilot reviews and cc'd them in hoping I'd get a reply... nothing! This move has cost me days of lost productivity as I’ve tried to fix their problems, causing significant stress and forcing me to delay the launch of my new business. I simply cannot trust Elementor Hosting not to fail me again. To make matters worse, when I tried to cancel my hosting package, they refused to refund me—even for the unused portion of my subscription.I've noticed that whenever I've had a minor support issue and they've been able to sort it, they send a trustpilot review link and ask for a review, but whenever they've been unable to help or there's been an obvious problem with their server or systems they don't mention Trustpilot at all... make of that what you will...Avoid Elementor Hosting at all costs. Don’t make the same mistake I did!
