I personally enjoyed simplicity off it. But the costumer service is just terrible. They have been overcharging me for a website which I've cancelled. Turned out that there was another billing page that was a test page under some random apple.id. No refund was offered instead I was send a link to ' how to learn about auto renual'. Which is complete offensive !!!

Horrible website and coorporation. Everything they do is horrible, they try to scam with that credit card free trial bs by also having an upload limit daily. If you really want free documents, use archive.org, because this organisation is horrid. Moreover, their practices are slimy at best and I truly hope the worst for these guys.TLDR: Use archive.org for free pdfs, these guys are bums and will try any way possible to get u to enter ur credit card details.

Dear Customer services,I have a problem with the gift card that was purchased as a birthday gift for $50.00.Last night (April 18,2024), I went online to your website and tried to purchase a reservation at Sonesta ES Suites, in Fresno California. However, when I tried to finalize the transaction using the $50.00 gift card an error popped up and would not allow the transaction to follow through. One of the problems was caused by entering the wrong PIN. The problem I had, after scratching the protective film to reveal the pin numbers,it made the numbers barely legible. Hard to distinguish 0's, 8's, 9's, and others. So, I must have entered your pin wrong. My first attempt was to contact your customer service number (888-999-4468) and try to resolve the issue. After 20 minutes wasted on the phone with Mariana in the Philippines (bad connection and broken English) she could not resolve the issue or find any upper management to help.So, this brings us to the second problem, I purchased the reservation through the hotel's website and no longer need your gift card. I attached copies of your gift card and the reservation. I would expect a full refund of $50.00 and some kind of consideration for the turmoil experienced tryng to redeem your gift card.

Shambolic company and one to really avoid. I paid slightly more for a breakfast included deal but when my booking cane through it was for room only. I spent ages on the online chat trying to sort this out with an incredibly rude and deceitful member of staff who refused to assist. I asked several times for the complaints procedure details which he refused to give, saying there wasn't one. I eventually quoted UK law and he magically produced it at the 5th time of asking. I ended up needing to spend an additional £16 on breakfast, in addition to having already paid the higher breakfast included rate at the time of booking. Without a doubt, the worst booking company on the Internet.

The app grew worse over time. Removal of community discussions to pave the way for premium AI slop; use of AI instead of freelancers; wholesale restructuring and changes to Portuguese course meant I was dumped into the middle of sections I knew nothing about.

The ads make the site unusable. They're at the top and both sides, and often the top one covers the content. They flash and flicker, making it very difficult for some people with vision problems. Some of the ads are inappropriate. I no longer use the site when my grandchildren are around, not after the time there were condom ads being shown at the exact same time as my eight year old granddaughter was leaning over my shoulder looking at it. I have deleted my membership.

I ordered my shoes on April 29. My bank account was immediately charged since I paid via PayPal. Since that date my order status has remained as “being processed.”I sent an email on Sunday asking about a estimated shipping date and received an immediate response via a form email. I was told no one works on the weekends to check email and I’ll get a response as soon as possible. Gave them another 24 hrs and sent a 2nd email. Again received a standard form email immediately. This one telling me since they’re donating over 10,000 pairs of shoes per day to nurses and the waiting line is over 500,000 people my order is still not even started. I was given the option of donating shoes to the nurses however. I’m now emailing PayPal to intervene. They seem more interested in getting publicity than actually selling a product. BTW, I also work in a hospital as a floor chaplain and counselor which is where these shoes were going to be used. Perhaps, I shouldn’t have paid and just begged instead.

I went into Gonzales, LA location about half hour before closing. ordered Burrito bowl. Asked for the cauliflower rice option, they didn't have any. The meats looked dried out, so ordered the Carne Asada option as it looked the most moist. I asked for queso blanco option ($1.30) and was served about 3/8" strip across bowl. When i got confirmation they were charging for it, i asked for a little more. Got about a quarter inch strip drizzled across bowl. Ordered guacamole option ($2.25) and got about half a spoonful served on bowl. When I looked at receipt there was a double charge for the queso blanco.Total charge was $15.61 with tax. There were about 7 of the thin strips of carne asada in the bowl. If I ever go back, what I learned here was to ask for additional charged sides in a separate container like the person ahead of me did. They got more than double the amount served than what was on my bowl. The food did taste good, but I could have gotten a full plate meal at a mexican restaurant for the same money. On my way home called the family to see if they needed food. Stopped at Whata burger and got 3 meals worth of food for $18.00.
