This garbage "new look" doesn't even deserve one star. Really. The morons in charge of DUO completely destroyed the app and it is now unusable for me. If they don't remove this new interface by tomorrow I will be deleting the and will never look back. This is a great example of GREED and ignoring what their faithful users want. This company will probably go bankrupt soon, what a shame. How can they be so stupid?

It's an airline

It's an airline. With that your going to have lost baggage, poor customer service and over all just a meh experience. I have flown with several airlines over the years and they all have the same issues.So what it comes down to is the perks. I like them because business class doesn't cost the same as a small used car and for the most part all of the flights I have been on were trouble free. I mean even on their worst day they are still better then spirit airlines.

Very hit and miss.

To be honest, it’s a pretty equal mix of decent and frustrating. There are a lot of technical errors and I spend more time searching for surveys that don’t exist than I do taking surveys. The good opportunities where you get $5 for one survey are very rare. So are product tests where you are mailed a product to test for a brand. Earning is very slow but there’s a pretty wide arrY of gift cards and you can cash out to PayPal or a visa prepaid gift card. I put pretty minimal time into this site and if I pull in a $25 to $50 gift card each month, it’s enough to keep me on the site.

No safety at all.

If I could, I would give them 0 stars.I have an old e-mail account with them, and it's been compromised.I tried to reset it it, but guess what, the recovery e-mail wasn't mine. And there was no other way of resetting the account.Yahoo help what useless, because unless you have a US credit/debit card, support will not help you with any issue at all.Great for anyone that does not live in the U.S.......So now I have a compromised e-mail, and no way to fix the issue.Thank you yahoo............

INADMISSIBLE !!!!

Horrible experience!!!I place an order on Amazone.es. I am debited and a few days later I receive my package. So far so good. Purchased items not what I expected so I want to return them? I connect to my customer area; IMPOSSIBLE because my account is BLOCKED supposedly for security.I receive an email asking me to complete an identification verification questionnaire and then within 24/48 hours my account will be accessible again. I have been trying to contact them for a month and a half now and this almost every day and even several times a day.The customer service is not competent so they take notes and transfer my complaint to the MANAGEMENT which would be in another department which they do not know and which it is impossible to contact directly (no email or phone number telephone) I am simply told that I will be contacted without fail within 24 or 48 hours, sorry I can't do anything more for you, thank you and goodbye....No one listens to you, everyone passes the buck and it's been more than a month and a half that it lasts!! my authorized return period has now passed except that my request dates from the 1st day !!! it is shameful !!!! today again a customer advisor answers me "ok 24h-48h you will be contacted!!!" GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!! I feel like I've been fooled!!!Yet what I ask is simple; send me a return slip so that I can return my order!!!! That's all !!!! then you pay me back and it's over!!!according to their ads it's very easy to order with Amazon, orders and returns are processed efficiently for the satisfaction of their customers!!!!!I WISH YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS DURING YOUR ORDERS!
