Ebay used to protect customers from undeclared hidden fees by the seller - no longer. Its been going downhill for a while - but now it has truly changed to enabling unfair practices. Stay away if you value your wallet - but by all means join if you're a scammer looking for a score.

Technical support is so slow and very unhelpful! My phone number was somehow changed and now I can no longer sign into my account. It has been going on about a week and nothing has been solved! This is one of my jobs and I really depended on the money to help pay bills!

Incredibly slow. Ordered 5 days ago and still not even shipped, despite 5 days being the shipping time on the email and 4-5 days delivery on checkout before I made my purchase. Contacted customer services and they were apologetic but said that my order would be dispatched within 2-3 days, not that I would have been told they were going to be late otherwise! I asked if they could compensate me as I ordered with misleading information, I was told I would get a £20 refund, however, I have not yet received this and reading the other reviews I’m not certain I will. Customer service WAS quick and apologetic but I did have to push for any sort of compensation, which hopefully I receive eventually. Wish I ordered somewhere else.

It's horrible. Randomly logged me out. Tried to log me back in. Told me I had to reset password. Reset password. Still wouldn't let me in. Told me I have to turn on 2FA. Clicked enable. Asked me to scan a QR code with "The App". Don't know which app it means so can only assume it's the Asana app. Open app on phone. Logged out. Try to sign in. Tells me to enable 2FA. Click enable. Asks me to scan a QR code. Give up on app. Try different browser. Try to log in again. Only the second time. Error message - "Too many attempts. Please try again later." Want to scream and throw computer out of window. This is such a horrible user experience. the developers are absolute morons. (or sadistic freaks that enjoy making people's user experience miserable).

Terrible site for sellers they treat you like garbage and will ban you over false claims without any mercy, they also hold your funds for over a month even when your item has been delivered with tracking number and buyer has no issues, eBay holding funds makes no sense since they have access to your bank account and can take money out at any time!!! Terrible company its sad that no one knows about Bonanza which is better for sellers and lets you have your money immediately via PayPal, and if a buyer wants a refund PayPal will just take money from your bank like it should be done, not holding your funds for months for absolutely no reason like mega theft Corp eBay.

Placed an order with Ulta Beauty online. Tried to immediately cancel order. This did not happen. I spoke to three representatives. All were not well trained and provided extremely poor customer service. Buyer beware using ulta.com.

Under it's name and billing, Google promotes this fraudulent app. To me this means google is no better that "Plantin"SCAM, this app is a total scam. I tried to do the FREE 3-day trial, but it billed me immediately for a lifetime membership. That was not what I signed up for. I tried to cancel and was told I could not since it was a lifetime membership. I tried to get my credit card co to reverse the charge. Capital One told me they could not tell where I tried to cancel and therefore could not refund the charge. My only last question would be Is Capital One getting a kickback from them for all such obvious fraud?
