Should be fined for not showing up front pricing or offering cheaper options for a one off survey.. Your business model is to piss off your customer base for an entire year by charging $99 for one survey. I'm not paying it.. I'll re do the survey with another provider.

They automatically canceled my purchases without explanation, then suspended my account for no reason, never gave any explanation, they flagged my credit card as fraud to which I had to clear with my bank, their chat customer service is USELESS, all they ever do is have you go through the email process...the email process is just prescripted responses that are generally unhelpful. They would claim they fixed the issue only for the issue or persist. When they finally DID fix it, I would immediately be suspended AGAIN after making one or two purchases.They did this to me FOUR TIMES in less than 25 days, I have over 60 emails trying to fight through their process and then, the cherry on top, rather than explain to me what I even did wrong, they PERMANENTLY BANNED ME and LIED saying "we already explained"...they never did, not once is the 60+ emails I've received from them did they EVER explain anything, in fact, the last email prior to being permanently banned said "we've resolved your issue, please try making your purchases again". (I took FIVE PAGES worth of screen shots from my email)The WORST and most USELESS "customer service" I have ever dealt with in my life, without exaggeration. I'm typically not the kind of person to do this, but after everything I've gone through over the last 25 days...yeah, they drained all of my patience.

I am a buyer on the Etsy platform, and my account was wrongfully suspended due to an alleged suspicious login attempt. Since then, I have made several attempts to resolve the issue through Etsy’s support channels — but without success.I have followed all instructions provided by Etsy on three separate occasions. I replied to the verification email with all the requested information and contacted support multiple times via live chat. However, I have not received any concrete response, and my account remains inaccessible.Etsy’s system only allows one chat interaction per day, and each time I try, I receive vague and generic assurances that my case will be forwarded to the appropriate team — but no action is ever taken.I am deeply disappointed and feel disrespected as a customer. I am currently unable to access my account or make purchases on the platform, which has severely damaged my trust in Etsy.I respectfully request your help in ensuring that Etsy takes this matter seriously and assigns a qualified human representative to resolve the issue. I will no longer accept automated responses.If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate further and publicly share my experience on consumer forums and social media.

They block the account with money in the account, support does not respond, they do not give a reason.I wrote to support many times, no response. They refuse to resolve the issue. I am registering an account as a citizen of Canada, all data was entered correctly. I believe that I bet on domains that they have plans for.

there was a misunderstanding between me and the person who was helping. I wanted to retrieve my old credentials however i was directed to something that didn't make sense to me i then opted to opening a new account with this current email address.

When attempting to cancel a Delta flight reservation and receive a credit or refund, the agent (from India and barely understandable), bordered on rude and finally ended the call without a thank you or goodbye. After one hour, attempting to fine a Delta customer support email address on Delta web sites, I was unsuccessful. Several phone calls to Delta, using different numbers, were also unsuccessful. Delta Airlines needs to completely revamp their customer service as reflected in the abysmal average customer service reviews of 1.9 out of 5.0.
