Fraudelent Credit Card Charges

I never signed up for this service and they charged my card. I emailed the copmany and they quickly refunded the charge and said they would cancel the account i never created. Just received another charge on my card.

An out of print book was ordered

An out of print book was ordered. It was fulfilled with a library DVD of something completely different. Scam. No way to contact vendor (phone lines that are not answered and submittal 'email' that needs information not available).
