Hi. Bought some slim fit jeans. Totally out of shape within a week. No washing. After third e mail to customer service they responded with a relaxed fit script saying this was normal. I would estimate the jeans had slackened by 1.5 sizes. Also mailed senior figures in the company. No response. Posted critical review on thier website. Never appeared! Dont be tempted by prices. Poor products. Poor cons. Poor consumer morality.

What on earth is wrong with Google's services??We use various Google api's for our application. We pay for each service on a monthly basis. 4 months ago, we made an application request to get verified for Oahth in order to offer "Signup with Google". IT says this should take a maximum of 4 weeks. It has now been 4 months with 0 updates. So I decided to contact customers, and guess what, you get an error: "You need to subscribe to a support package to contact support". All right, so I went ahead and got a support package for $39/month. (Crazy how you need to pay for support despite paying for all their services already). So I tried to start a support case again, and guess what the same error shows up saying "You don't have access to technical support on your support plan" WHAT? So I had another look at their "Support plans"... IN order to get "technical support" it costs $12,5000 / month! Yes, 12,500 USD per month!!!!I would need to pay 12,500 USD to contact them to ask what the status of our oAuth application is!!!!And it's so sad because they do this for every single service. THey also do this for Gsuite and other services....If you are facing an issue, then pay us 125000 USD and we'll look into it! Despite the fact that we pay $750 -/ month for Gsuite!

Purchased a £300 instinct solar watch. Lovely looking watch, has multi sports modes, gps, running, cycling etc. Found out that my wife’s forerunner 45s tells her far more fitness information than my £300 instinct solar. When questioning Garmin I get told that the instinct is an ‘adventure’ watch not a fitness watch (even though it offers running, cycling etc). Guess mountain hiking doesn’t need to know vo2 max. Their reply was - buy the instinct 2. No real answer from Garmin as to why it doesn’t offer fitness information (as it’s a fitness tracker) only that it isn’t advertised. Really poor customer service. If you buy from Garmin I pray you never have to contact them for help!

We just ordered our second picture and waiting for its arrival!The website is easy to use. Liked being able to see what different frames and matting look like on the picture we chose. Our first picture arrived in about a week. Packaged very well. We were not disappointed. Very nicely matted and framed.Thank you for a quality product!(Prices listed are in Canadian dollars ...just an FYI).

Basically the same review as for the Dasher direct because it's the exact same people So there outsourced from another country so of course they can only do what their script tells them there is nobody above them to get any kind of resolve. DoorDash is a complete joke for any Dasher. Their corporate greed gobbles up all the money and there is nothing for the people that are actually doing the delivery of the service and nobody tips anymore so.

After placing my order I was a little worried I would not receive it after reading the reviews. However, I received my parcel today, 8 days after the order was placed, a little long but happy they arrived. The parcel seemed to take almost a week to get to the courier, once they had it, it was very speedy.

In any event I found out, the hard way, that the things I might purchase and take advantage of the 20% discount are all on the exclusion list.

I just upgraded to Zoom Pro United to add a phone line to my zoom account. It is the worst user experience to figure out. IT doesnt automatically configure nor setup your account. Once you buy it, you have to configure it yourself and assign a number to yourself.That would still be bad, if it worked, but when I go to assign a user or assign the package to myself (I am an account of one person), all of the drop-down menus are EMPTY and say "No Data".I have contacted technical support and gotten dropped 6 times because they ask me to click on something with the same answers that have never worked, and then the Chat system disconnects. When I try to get back to the original chat rep, they are never available or answer their own reps about gettting back engaged.So, I have to start the story all over again and end up getting sent to the same documents that I was previously sent to...I have never received such lousy interactions, slow and canned only responses, and untrained people in any other business. They are not ready to support anything else right now....

Lenovo has got to be one of the worst customer experiences possible. After owning a gaming laptop for less than 2 months (my usage is limited to work and 1 game), it decided to bug out and start freezing and lagging with many interruptions that made the laptop unusable. I would NOT recommend buying a laptop from Lenovo unless you want to be going to the service centre after 2 months. I have had previous laptops which have required no servicing that have lasted me more than 4 years. 2 months is PATHETIC. In an ideal situation, I would like a full refund for my product as its wasted my time and energy and frankly is useless to me if it breaks after 2 months. Furthermore, I was told that my laptop will be ready by Monday morning and as I am writing this it is 1400hrs on Monday and i've had to call in twice now but customer support is unable to help me as no report number was filed. Moreover, i've also been told I would receive a call back from the centre (which I am still waiting for). DO NOT BUY A LENOVO LAPTOP UNLESS YOU WANT A CRAPPY LAPTOP AND CRAPPY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I AM THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
