This company is the worst when it comes to customer service. Someone hacked my account and when trying to gain access after the damage, it is like a dog chasing it's tail. Locked out, so no way to report. No phone number to access a customer service representative to assist. This company should be dismantled! They are worthless.

I was locked out of wordfence.com due to my own fault and contacted the lockout support service and bloody hell I was contacted by email the same evening with a solution to the problem. superb customer service in my opinion very polite email with a willingness to help, I can't praise them enough. wordfence is on my websites and I wouldn't use anything else!

Mercari doesn't care if an item is damaged. Because it is your responsibility to ask for more pictures and ask questions. Even though the seller knows the item is damaged and won't acknowledge it. You get your item and you can see that it is damaged and it doesn't work properly, but when you take pictures of it the damage is hard to translate because it doesn't show well on pictures. Like the DVD'S I bought that skip. This is an item that you don't know is damaged until you start using it. Mercari refused a refund and I ended up losing my money for a damaged item. I ended up donating the item to my local DAV. Mercari doesn't care about the buyer you are on your own, good luck!

I created an appeal, but it got denied and I even got this message:"we feel that allowing you to remain active poses too much threat to the Depop Community and have therefore removed you from our platform."HOW CAN POSTING AN IMAGE LINK POSE TOO MUCH THREAT TO THE COMMUNITYI dont really think there is even a way to got your account unbanned even if you did nothing, never try to appeal - dont waste your time

Chatgpt is great!! It doesn't glitch or switch websites, and it replies fast. You can personalize it to make it a better experience for you and it gets most things correct. Only sometimes it might think two different things are correct, like (my experience) the ice age happened 26,500 yrs ago and 110,000 yrs ago. But overall it has helped me a lot

After being a regular customer for nearly 15 years asos only partially refunded my order (holding back nearly £50 of my money, not the £3.95 they claim to keep back if you don’t keep the minimum amount. When I tried to get into my account to find out why I am told it’s blocked and customer care said they can’t help me. No other way to contact them, no email, no phones. Disgusted isn’t the word - how to lose all your customers and send us back to the high street. Very poor form!

Absolute joke of a company. I first ordered the test last year. Dec 24. Was due to get my results on the 8th of Feb. A few days before the original date it comes back that they couldn't analyse my results or something so had to send me another test. Done that and had to wait till the 22nd of March for the result. I then get the results but the old test was still showing on my account. I've gone in to delete the old test, they've then deleted the new test results instead of the old ones. I'm unsure how as I definitely selected the test that didn't work. They are now saying it can't be restored and I'd need to buy a new test and go through all that again in order to see my results. Wouldn't offer any sort of solution and just closed the conversation when I asked for a refund.

I have had to contact zoom for multiple different questions and issues and so far every issue requires me to be transferred via email to multiple different departments. All of who then transfer me somewhere else and no one knows how to fix it. Took 3 weeks for my first issue just to tell me to set up a new account. My second issue was trying to add recordings to my pay as you go video sdk account. I have talked to 3 billing people, a chat person, a sales person and a tech person all who send me to other departments and cannot address this. I cant even call for tech support because I would have to pay extra. I will absolutely not give zoom another cent to get assistance. They should be completely embarrassed. To allow your customers to be treated so poorly.

I've been using Squarespace for many years and have built lots of websites with them. I saw these negative reviews today on Trust Pilot as a new client was worried when they saw them. I was quite baffled and sent Squarespace an email through their website to see how they responded. A human(!) got back to me in less than 20 minutes. I have asked SQ some really stupid questions over the years as I panicked over something or other and it was usually a internet reception issue not a them issue and they have always been helpful and polite. It's template based web service - they don't actually build it for you - but they have so many resources to help you build a great website. If the quality of your products and photographs is good and you are able to line things up you will have a website to be proud of.Some of the reviews here are outright nonsense, for example, the "payment scam" suggesting payment is taken when the trial has ended and the reviewer didn’t sign up with thousands taken out over years - Squarespace lets you take out a trial for an unlimited time. It actually says on the website 'Sign up for your free trial, no card required". I have ten websites currently on the go and have never been asked for payment details until I wanted to go live so I don't understand that at all. I've also never had an issue with overpayment or cancelling on a site. They send reminders to the email you sign up with, you can remove your card details. Also who doesn’t check their bank statements for years? I can't speak about interfaces with google - I don't use them but the other interfaces I do use work very well.Other website templates I've used haven't produced the design results I wanted and were a pain to use. I highly recommend Squarespace for the creative industries because it's really good at what it does and sites look great.
